First, when we booked for a room it definitely was not n the tourist season, and our small request of an upper floor with outside window was ignored. Instead we got the basement/underground room that was suffocating. There was a small ventilation-purpose window that cannot be reached easily and instead of fresh air, we kept getting the smell of cigarettes...

Hotel location was exactly on the cannel, stuff very helpful and really provides good advices for sightseeing and trips. hotel offers coffee and hot drinks at reception whole day long and due to some mistake in my booking they offered me free breakfast. room size was small and TV doesn't work properly may be due to bad weather.

Amsterdam is such a lovely city, the Prinsengracht, being my favourite canal and where I always stay as I visit Amsterdam quite often. In 2016 I have been to this vibrant and romantic city 7 times. The hotel I usually stay in was fully booked so I tried the Mozart hotel for the same price as my usual abode. Well...

Just back from a 2 night stay. The hotel is pretty basic, the room we stayed in 506 was in the basement which was a bit disappointing as there was no view. The room is quite small, the main door and bathroom door opened into the bed but we were only sleeping there so it wasn't a big deal. If...

Room is very small, you could hardly walk around the (small) bed. Bathroom can not be entered by two people at the same time and should have been cleaner. No lid on the toilet, and it was not properly cleaned when we arrived... Curtin in the shower was dirty. We were with a group of friends, 6 rooms all together,...

Was slightly worried with some of the reviews about the size and state of the bathrooms... The room was perfect for the price, room was clean along with...

We were there for 4 days and our stay was nearly excellent. The staff was very friendly and the hotel also has elevator (others in amsterdam dont) and its very helpful for carrying the luggages. The hotel is 5 minutes from Dam Square taking the tram 2,5 or 7. The only thing that was a little bit disturbing was the...

We slept here just 2 nights in november 08-10, and I will just make a list of what we have been through: We got a dirty room, with a dirty batrhoom, smelly towels and sheets. Dirty room floor ( i think it was a vomit ), hair all over in a shower( my wife is blond and i have short...

Easy friendly check in. Our room was very small but clean with modest furnishings. The price was fairly reasonable for the area it is located. Close to tram and train station about 12-15 minutes walk. Museums were within walking distance as were bars and food establishments.
