I stayed here again, and I will always find an excuse to stay here, because I love Amsterdam, and TGB is at the heart of the city. Everything you might enjoy is steps away from the door somwhen you feel the need for locomotion, younwon't have to go far. The beds are comfortable, you can choose from en suite bath,...

I would highly recommend staying at The Golden Bear. I stayed in a room with a wash basin (shared shower and toilet). The room was very clean, with provided sheets/towels and a kettle and coffee/tea supplies. The staff on reception were helpful and the breakfast was good too. The location is also excellent. One word of warning, the stairs up...
