It's small and cozy and can be a little tight if you have too. Much luggage as we did. But the bed is comfortable and it's hotel is close to the centre. Very clean little hotel. Owners are lovely. A lot of places to eat close by

From the moment we checked in the service was top notch. Our room was very small, but clean and the bed was comfortable. They store your luggage so you can enjoy the city. Good location, we took a taxi from the rail station. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. There is no elevator.

There´s no lobby, and no elevator. So please, if this annoys you, do not consider this hotel. We just loved staying here. Everything was perfect and beyond what we expected for the budget. Our room was on the secoond floor and our window faced the front street. It was small but very cozy, the bathroom size was perfect and everything worked...

First impressions from outside property looked lovely, restaurant was vibrant and staff were cheery and helpful. The location was great as only 10-15 minute stroll into main area, and quite pleasant shops on the way.Staff showed us to our 3 rooms which we had booked. Stairs were very narrow and steep, and our room very small. I appreciate due to the...

Excellent location close to many bars and shops, amazing food in the restaurant, rooms very cosy and had a homely feel. Very comfy beds with extra blankets if you got cold and very friendly staff. Only negatives were no tea / coffee facilities in the room, however a café is directly opposite there was a crack in the window which...

Me & My Partner stayed here in November 2016, the hotel is small, but that's what we love about it. It suits the quiet street it's on too. The hotel was very clean, authentic and well, very Amsterdam. You check in via the restaurant, which was strange but only added to our experience. The staff were really helpful, the toilet...

Staying in Centrum

Neighbourhood Profile
Centrum
Amsterdam’s buzzing hub, with its sprawling network of tram rails and a seemingly constant flow of tourists and commuters, yields convenient access to some of the best sightseeing, shopping, and street life in Europe. Closest at hand are the Royal Palace, the quaint shops of Haalremmerdijk, the pedestrianized zones Kalverstraat and Dam Square with popular neighborhoods such as the Red Light District, and the Canal Ring hardly more than a moment’s stroll away. With the well-connected Centraal Station as Centrum’s base, it's easy to travel farther afield via one of the city’s iconic trams.
