The staff were super friendly & helpful, even before we arrived helping out by email! We were taken care of in a very warm & friendly fashion from the 1st minute we arrived. The loft in one word: fabulous! Location is great for Rijks, Utrechtsestraat restaurant & other hotspots! Wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

perfect location for an Amsterdam city trip, although even the "large" rooms are very tiny, but if you're there for exploring the city you shouldn't be a lot in the room anyway. Friendly staff and yummy breakfast, even soy milk was available on request, which was a nice add on for me :-) I'd recommend booking, if you don't mind...

My partner booked us a weekend break in Amsterdam staying at Hotel V from Thursday 25th July 2013 to Friday 28th July. The hotel itself is a bit tired and the rooms are cramped and lack air conditioning. Not great value for money but that wasn't the issue for us. I work long hours and start early in the morning...

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay at Hotel V Frederiksplein, and so sorry to hear that it did not go as smoothly as we would have liked. I do have to point out that the construction is indeed NOT in our hotel, but rather a building down the street, and something that we simply have no...

Overall our stay here was good. The staff were so lovely (we have stayed in Amsterdam a couple of times and the people here were truly great). The location is good with plenty to see and do nearby. The best thing about this hotel is the breakfast. Good hotel breakfasts in Europe are challenging to find to say the least....

I have just come back from a 3 night stay at this hotel, we were a party of 4 women in two twin rooms. We had rooms in the back part of the hotel which seemed a bit quieter. The rooms are very small but adequate for a short stay. I would have just two suggestions that would make the...

The staff were excellent and couldn't do enough for us .They helped us with bookings and ideas .Breakfast was good Rooms are small but if you want a good location the hotels tend to have character and small rooms. For short city breaks this was no problem. Very comfy beds well decorated. Ensuite again small but all that you need...

It was a great value for the money and ideally located for sightseeing. The tram is in front of the hotel and there are a number of sights and restaurants within walking distance. The staff is great, as well as the breakfast, and the hotel is clean. The room was a very modest size, but comfortable. A small table would...

I stayed at the hotel for business purposes for 1 night. Room was fairly basic and quite dark. Walls are very thin, luckily I was at the end of the corridor downstairs so not many people around but when there were it was very loud. Breakfast was nice and lovely to sit watching to world go by through the glass...

This was one of the official hotels for a conference I attended at the RAI. The location on the varioius tram routes was perfect for getting arround. The front desk did sell day passes for the tram, so that made it easier than paying on the tram. The staff were very friendly and always helpful. Their professionalism made my stay...
