I often can't find the motivation to write reviews for places that are just OK. But, B&B Vechtoever was really excellent. Initial communications were prompt and clear and Sylvia & Ebert were helpful and friendly. The accommodation was very spacious, clean & tastefully furnished to a high standard. After 9 hours cycling in the heat I found two unexpected miracles,...

Sylvia and Ebert were delightful, warm, welcoming hosts. After a long, cold day of cycling in the rain, their lovely penthouse room with views of the canal and the municipal hall were a delight. We were very comfortable in the room and enjoyed looking at the rooftop terrace with chaises longues, even if the rain prevented us from using them....

The house was designed by Architect Frits van Dongen, whose design was rewarded in 1999. It is situated beside the former Municipality House, Zuilen and the Garden designed by architect Leonard Springer. It is an ideal place to stay and relax and enjoy nature.
