I stayed there for 2 nights and 3 days and every day I had problems with water. I was not able to shower as I only had burning hot water coming from the tab. First day there was a young man, who lovingly reset the water pump and afterwards came up to check if it had worked. It was really...

Great to come back to the Apollo Hotel again after a very lovely stay last year. It's great to return to a hotel with nice, comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff, a nice lounge area where you can relax and meet up with friends.

This hotel has two main positive points: - Very centrally located and less than 10min walk from train station - Its staff, who is very nice and efficient About the rooms, they should need to be refurbished, but they are clean and functionnal, so for a few days stay, it's OK. Did not test breakfast so I can't review it.

This is the perfect location if you want to be in the centre and literally near the Hoog Catherine. The rooms need some upgrading. The rooms are spacious but can't open a window to outside, only a door. The hotel is fine for a traveller just needing a convenient and practical place to stay. There is a big lounge on...

First off, great location! Parking was off site in public garage but not too far to walk. Canals and restaurants just around the corner. Amazing staff at the front desk. More than willing to help. Rooms were clean, bathrooms as expected. Breakfast was in a beautiful room that was bright and cheery despite the rain. Our biggest problem was finding...

Really good location - if you are going to something at Jaabeurs it's about 15 minute walk. Loads of great bars and restaurants nearby and a KFC right next door ! Friendly reception staff, clean room, comfy bed, quiet overnight (tho to be fair we did get in at 3am!)

Been staying at this property since it was Hotel Smit. Still a great place to stay. They just get everything just right. Tons of parking below ground in the Jaarburssplein lot. Rooms are large by European standards. Wood floors, comfortable beds, high quality linens and a huge, stretch fully out bathtub. The upper floor rooms have large balconies with a...

I traveled for business and was looking for central location, close to the train station. I couldn't find anything better than Apollo. It is just in front of Utrecht Central train station and in the heart of city center. It was my second stay at this hotel. For the first time, I had a single room, and it was not...

My stay was in 2015 - for one night. The good thing about this hotel is its location! Apart from that - I had a single room, which was really small and there was a lot of noisy coming from the outside. As the elevator is hard to catch, using the stairs is quite of experience, as there are really...
