A very special, relaxed, unique, cosy, romantic, interesting hotel to stay. We booked a room in the building itself which is the best you can do to enjoy the hotel as much as possible. An absolute "must stay" if you visit Dordrecht!!!!

Villa Augustus is a hotel and restaurant. We only used the restaurant for lunch. It is a very relaxed, laid-back place (no luxury) with very friendly staff. Food is pretty decent for reasonable prices. All in all an enjoyable afternoon out with family.

For anyone who favors re-conception and re-creation in an urban setting - staying at Villa Augustus is a must! The rebirth of this once abandoned water town and pump station into a niche hotel, garden, and restaurant is inspiring. Our room was comfortable and quiet. The 5th floor rooms all have bathrooms on the 4th floor - a bit taxing...

Stayed at VA a number of times and I will be staying there again. The rooms are always a surprise (in a good way) as no two rooms are alike, from the “metal rooms” in the tower to the nice small “garden houses” they are all great. The Garden is fantastic. Very friendly people in the reception and the prices...

Beautifully situated, wonderful garden, free parking: the works. The interieur is interesting, and the little shop offers a wide range of gifts, book, and sometimes produce. Staff is nice and the menu's are satisfactory.

We had the wonderful lantern room right at the top of the hotel with glorious views over all the waterways of Dordrecht. An absolute tip for lovers of loft/design/industrial history and of course gardens. Beautiful conversion of an old water tower. Perfect in every detail. Immaculate housekeeping, gorgeous room, extremely comfortable bed, beautiful bedding, lovely common areas. The restaurant is...

Very nice hotel, charming and beautiful rooms. From this hotel you are in the city center quickly. Walking distance (<15min) or with bus 10. Bus stop is near hotel. Restaurant is of good quality and they use products they grow themselves. Pleasant personnel.

An unusual concept where the kitchen is spread out throughout the restaurant mixing guests with a busy mix of chefs and servers. Breakfast buffet is really good with a massive choice and excellent service all round. Plenty of space both in and out and gardens to enjoy on a sunny winters day. A top class family day out, great for...
