The Innercity Hotel in Dordrecht is ok, but could definitely be improved in many ways. My biggest bug-bear was the fact that, although sharing a room with a friend, they could only supply us with one room key card (the type that also powers the lights etc). This gave me a feeling of being 'trapped', e.g. one morning I woke...

This property from Steigenberger group should belong to Holiday Inn. The bathrooms are slightly bigger than an airplane loo! The people in this hotel are just rude unfriendly unlike other Steigenberger properties. Avoid it, I would highly recommend going to the Sheraton Hotel across the street which has class and parking.

We recently stayed at the Inner City Hotel during a tour of Holland. On arrival, we were met by friendly, helpful, young staff, although from the street, the hotel looked as if it was shut. The rooms were satisfactory, but the foam mattresses were not so comfortable to sleep on as they were balanced precariously on the bed bases. Breakfast...

Helpful young man on check in. We had the last room at 129 EU was not good value. The beds had high mattresses which slid off the base. The room was of generous size but had a low beam running through it. We had a train to catch so missed breakfast. The helpful young man said there would a food...

I reserved the hotel some weeks before my intended stay via booking in die time. When I reached the hotel it became apparent that the hotel was overbooked. I showed my conformation in writing. Hotel staff did not apologize nor did it start any action. As I am not for Dordrecht I asked for support and a staff member called...

Far too expensive, tiny room with strange systems (light, aircon, ventilation), terrible beds, staff is overchallenged by more complex wishes, it was horrible. With one exception, or two: location is fine, and breakfast as well

This hotel is only a 7 minutes walk from Central station and about the same distance to the centre of the beautiful city of Dordrecht. We booked a standard room and enjoyed a well spaced double room on the back side of the hotel. Quite, with a good bed (two singles put together) and a separate, hug shower (in a...

First of all, the hotel itself is absolutely wonderful: the rooms are comfortable (albeit a little small), the beds are soft, and the bathroom and shower are very nice. However, the people who work at the hotel are not the nicest staff I've met. They don't speak English particularly well, making communication difficult, and whenever we actually did communicate they...
