We stayed in this hotel for 2 wonderful nights! We were able to park our car and see everything by walking. The hostess is friendly and helpful; she gave us local recommendations and made us feel very welcome. The rooms are beautifully decorated, clean and each has its own bathroom. The rooms also have tv. We were able to use...

A quiet B&B ideally situated for our purposes as it was close to the historic centre of Gouda, near restaurants and sights. The breakfast was great, notably the star-shaped omelettes, and we liked the engaging host and hostess as well as enjoying the company of the other guests. We would have preferred a more secure place for our bikes but...

We were welcomed by the owner at the time we asked for. Ground floor room, quiet, not large but comfortable. Excellent Dutch breakfast. please note that the Hotel has now shrunk to just 31 Keizerstraat with 3 rooms and is known as Logement de Keizerkroon

Very small, dark room in a terrace house.Small clean shower room. Breakfast served in yard.( no breakfast room?).Shared table, food rationed.Neighbours had noisy party until midnight or so, which owner thought acceptable, we did not. Could not open window because of noise. Waterproof mattress covers. A case of total misrepresentation of the accommodation type and facilities on offer.

Basic B&B close to the centre of Gouda. Rooms in the main building are a bit tired although the beds were comfortable. Tiny shower room. Basic breakfast. Helpful staff, stored our bikes in an outbuilding for us.

We travel a lot and I have never felt the need to write a bad review until now..............if you are happy with screaming kids right outside your bedroom window for several hours (some of whom were the owners'), small dark and dingey room, uncomfortable beds and waterproof mattress protectors, really??? then go for it! When we complained about the noise...

We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is well located, though a little hard to find when you first arrive. It is quiet and in an older building. The management were excellent and organised a bike trip for us to Kinderdijk. It took a day, but was a highlight. We liked Schoonhoven especially. Great value hotel.

This hotel is cousy and staff was very helpful. You will get a cheaper room, if you can manage with shared bathroom. Otherwise it seems this is a private owned hotel. There are quite steep stairs in the hotel. Breakfast was ok, nothing special. Hint: Parking is 15 € per day in downtown. Best Western Hotel car park is only...

I booked directly with the hotel and having read the reviews requested to have a room in the main building and not on the ground floor. On arrival we were told that we had to pay first for our two night stay and were then taken to the room. However we were taken to a room on the ground floor...

Casual little hotel located in the historic centre of Gouda. We stayed in a separate building from the reception. Room had been recently redecorated. Spotlessly clean if a little on the small side. Perfectly adequate for our stay though and good value for money.
