very mice and helpful service at reception, generous breakfast, nice rooms good location to walk downtown after business day (10' from center, 25' from river and Erasmusbrug area, very nice) a bit noisy, don't know if they have back side rooms, not facing roads: next time I'll ask before booking overall very good price/quality compared to RTM standards

No hospitality from hotel staffs .The ac was not working .When asked for changing the room ,the receptionist told me that this was the only room left in the hotel .But when I told her the lock on the door was not working as well suddenly a free room appeared out of nowhere. Guess what ac in the second room... More

The Rotterdam Hotel might be a nice place to stay if you are planning to visit the city. The price is fine and it is located close to the station. Myself I didn't like it much. The staff wasn't very professional nor flexible for changing the booking. The single rooms are small and ugly designed as is the bathroom. The... More

I booked a room through booking.com, somehow they messed with the booking, giving me the wrong room. As I went back to the front desk, the receptionist immediately apologized and offered me a different room. Clean place, breakfast included.

We did a reservation for the hotel through Booking.com for two nights. It comes with free breakfast buffet. There was also free wifi and the connection was good throughout our stay. Although it was located near the Schiekade tram station, it was within walking distance from Rotterdam Centraal through Proveniers Straat. The corridors were narrow and winding, and it was... More

I've given a 5/5 rating because I really do think this hotel is superb value. I travel often and have stayed in much worse hotels for twice the rate you'll pay here. Me and my wife stayed in a "basic double room" and my mother in law stayed in a "basic single room" during a 12 night stay in Rotterdam.... More

This basic hotel is comfortable and well situated, a short walk to station and city centre. Quite noisy on the Saturday night but quiet thereafter. Thought breakfast was a bargain at 10 euros. Found staff cheerful and helpful.

This hotel is well situated within a few minutes pleasant walk of the central station, and offers a convenient if uninspiring experience. Comfortable and well decorated, but... However, would certainly consider going back if in the area again.

This hotel is about 5 min walk from the central station and a 15 min walk to the city center. Tram line # 25 passes right by the hotel and the closest stop is some 50 meters from the hotel entrance. The hotel is in a rather old building and the rooms are ok, but rather worn. If you want... More

Simple but effective, its a way to describe this place, an old building in which i would only recommend to stay in a suite and after you get fed up with fancy international hotels, here you will find no pool, no gym and no other confort and luxury than a nice roon with a view, a small breakfast and a...
