I stayed here for a long weekend at the end of January 2015 with my boyfriend and I was suitably impressed. All staff were very friendly and had very good English which always helps, we asked for advise on where to eat and things to do a few times and staff were extremely helpful and seemed glad to help. :)...

We had stayed in Hotel Milano, Rotterdam, Netherlands in November 2014. It was our first stay in Holand, however this hotel was definetely a good choice. We travelled as a family (me - 19 y.o., mum - 45 y.o.) and were satisfied. We got a room on the first floor, which is accessible by an elevator (which is really slow)...

I reviewed the Milano quite poorly on my first visit, but I returned again (due to the great location and fantastic price) again in 2014, and I am pleased to report I had a much better experience. Firstly, the rooms seem to have been updated- this is a small hotel, but on both stays I have had a huge room,...

Easy to find, but the staff isn't very friendly and helpful as well. Got a twin instead of large. The room was ok but the breakfast is poor. Didn't receive any suggestions or information about the city or anything. Keep looking for another one.

It had a small lift but if you use the stairs it is dangerous, the rooms are very old clean but I got bitten twice. We went to the bar had one beer and then it ran out and they didn't know how to change the barrel breakfast was very poor. If you are at the front very noisy with...

Stayed here for one night on a trip with work. Had low expectations given the reviews and price. Our room was a good size and clean with kettle and tea/coffees provided. We had a huge wet room with plenty of towels and free toiletries. Breakfast was provided and there was a good selection, all fresh and nice quality. Two minute's...

Considering the value I was pleasantly surprised by friendly staffs, clean room, good breakfast and I had a really good night's sleep. I stayed for 2 nights in a deluxe room facing the back of the hotel and it was peaceful. Front desk staffs were very friendly and informative. The location is also close to the city center and train...

My wife and I stayed for a week at this hotel. It was very nice, well equipped (even a fridge) and quite well placed but... 1. Gave my credit card details as security and agreed to pay cash on arrival. They took the whole payment for the stay three weeks before arrival. This means I have a large number of...

Very dissapointing. 1st night rooms were in a different house along the street next to a mission for "The less fortunate" members of society. 3 flights of narrow, winding stairs, very smelly, staff unhelpful and unfriendly. Parking 350mtrs away and 11Euro / day. Was prepared to move after 1st night to another hotel and lose cost of next 3 nights...

As two young guys on a budget, we really enjoyed this hotel. Really close to everything, just walk out the front door and most things are only a short walk away. Our room was on the top floor. Best thing about it is that we had a balcony with a ladder leading to the roof so you can really enjoy...
