Second time at this property, once again we picked the Vincent library room, lovely and spacious. Very centrally located and yet quiet. Pity that they stop serving breakfast at 9.30: when on holiday an extra hour in bed would have been nice...

By mistake booked in this Novotel, but what a surprise. Quiet neighbourhood, walking distance to the city centre. (Shopping, bars) The hotel is close to the Dutch parlement, has his own garage. Nice rooms, spacious, separate toilet and bathroom. Quiet Hotelbar, but very supportive personnel.

Excellent location with underground parking which is at the back of hotel - you go down into a lift which is very restricted. No lift to reception, some stairs which were difficult. Check in good and reception area nice and bright and contemporary, Staff pleasant. First floor smelt very badly of sewerage and new paint. Room small and disappointing as...

The pleasant and agreable hotel is situated in the historical center of a beautiful city that many tourists omit, alas, in their trip. The restaurant serves very good meal at evening in a reasonable cost. Our only remark is that we have asked for a room adapted to handicapped and were slightly disappointed to receive a "normal" room. Personnel and all...

Hotel is in a great location. Plenty of restaurants and shopping right out the door. Staff is very friendly and speak English. We originally booked two nights. Wanted to extend our trip one night without searching for a new hotel. Asked the reception girl and she said nothing available and left it at that. A little frustrating but found a...

Great location. The hotel has very friendly staff who speak very good English. The rooms are clean and the mattress superb! {room 314}. We had a connecting door to the next room but unfortunately our children were in the room the opposite way! I don't know if it wasn't possible to have the connecting room or if it wasn't thought...

We stayed here for 3 nights during a short break. The hotel was frantically located in the centre of town to access train stations and trams for us to travel the west of the Netherlands. From this base we easily reached Rotterdam, Delf, Amsterdam, Leiden & Keukenhof. The hotel is a good quality Novotel - with the features and design...

The geographic situation of this City Center Novotel is excellent. But staff is not. They seem absent minded and not much concerned about custumers needs. One example: having waited fir my turn at the front desk the elder woman asks me in a friendly manner about my needs. I start speaking and explaining. Having finished my sentence, she looks at...
