We wanted to book in (what proved to be) the Novotel Den Haag City Centre, but because of the almost identical name of two hotels belonging to the same group we ended up in the IBIS hotel, which cause (a.o.) an extra expense in parking fees. There is nothing wrong with this IBIS hotel, but even though we had a...

The hotel is ideally located in the shopping centre, about 15-20 minutes walk from the train station. The room was a good size, with a very comfortable bed. No tea-making facilities - but you can borrow an electric kettle from the reception (they will ask you for a deposit so have EUR 20 ready). Wi-fi is available throughout the hotel...

I go to The Hague several times a year for work. We always stay one night with a group. We used this hotel for a long time, but after the last two times we decided to go with a better offer that we got from the Mercure - which is infinitely better as a hotel and had very good service....

We stayed for 3 nights and got a good price for the rooms. Can't complain as the room was clean and comfortable. The location was Ok though we had to take a train to the hotel. Still it was only 2 stops so it wasn't bad. The hotel is located right next to the shopping belt so it was very...

I was here during my business trip for 4 nights. The hotel is quite good. I was happy with the free WiFi service and the tidiness. I would certainly recommend staying here. I did not use the breakfast service as it seemed expensive to me. However, this is optional and someone can add it if needs to.

This hotel is in a good central location in Den Haag. There are a lot of shops nearby and mixed possibilities for dining. There is a tram stop near the hotel too which proved useful. The rooms are rather basic but very clean. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. There is free internet access in the lobby.

Receptionists very nice , rooms simple and clean , location very central , beautiful city . Personally I am not a fan of these sterile hotels and prefer something with a bit more character so this would probably put me off staying here again.

I enjoyed the location of this hotel, so near the city centre with plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants. The personnel was kind and willing and the room was a comfortable size but with a rather smallish bathroom. However the water pressure was amazing, the shampoo ony hair could be washed out without me even touching my head!!! The breakfast...

This hotel is ideally located, close to shops, restaurants, museums and public transport. The rooms are typical for Ibis, no bells and whistles, but a comfortable bed and pillow, and a bathroom pod with good shower. The hotel is environmentally friendly, so you only get one towel per person. They have triple rooms but these are all on the Jan...

This hotel has a great location. Everything is nearby and it's easy to pop back to the hotel during the day. Staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful. Room was usual Ibis. You know what to expect and good value. We would stay there again.
