The best characteristic of the hotel is the position, not far from World forum, Peace palace and city center; tram stop of the main line is 200m far. However the room are pretty old, with tipic smell of the carpet, all the furniture needs a renovation. The concierge said the hotel should start a full renovation soon. Personnel is helpful...

I was recommanded by bell captain, when ariving, to leave the car in hotel parking and buy a 3 days trams/bus card. Bright idea! Easy, comfortable and very secure. Access easy to city center as well to beach.

Staff was friendly and helpful to begin with. The bathroom was very spacious to most hotel we have stayed which is great! The room we had was facing the road and unfortunately can easily hear traffic and street noise in the room from day to night even when all windows are closed. Size of TV could have been slightly larger...

This was my second stay in this hotel within a year-period. It is well located in quiet area, close to transport communication and the downtown. Hotel provides nice, clean rooms at a reasonable price. The free wifi in the rooms and bicycles to rend are some of the services we valued a lot. The staff is very friendly and responsive...

I went to The Hague on business and choose this hotel. Just remember to tell your taxi driver that there are 2 hotels with the same name in town. I had a pleasant staying here. The staff was really helpful and everything went as it should

Very briefly: - You wouldn't really expect a 4 star hotel in the Netherlands NOT to have an AC. - Opening the windows doesn't help as the area is rather noisy. - The pictures of the rooms are EXTREMELY misleading - Much better hotels are available at the same price level.

Our stay was amazing! Firstly I had asked for flowers as it was my boyfriend and I's 1st year anniversary. Instead we got put into a beautiful room with a jacuzzi with no extra cost! We were delighted! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I had emailed the hotel back and forth over various queries I had and each...

Conveniently located quiet and cozy middle-sized hotel not far from the central attractions of The Hague. Easily accessible by tram and route bus from the two main railway stations in The Hague: Den Haag HS and Den Haag Centraal. Very friendly and helpful staff, a good buffet breakfast, a number of eateries of a variety of styles nearby. Royal Palace,...

Situated within walking distance of the centre. This is a hotel that desperately needs a refurb. The parking is secure but cost €18 for 2 motorbikes. The room was fairly roomy but no air con so very stuffy. The carpet looked as though it needed hoovering but otherwise clean but very tired looking. The receptionist was welcoming and friendly. Breakfast...
