This is no 4* hotel, 3* if I’m being nice.
Half of the T.V channels don’t work and there is a drainage problem because water is going down slowly in the sink and bathtub. (The sink by the way has a scetchy brown rim)
Very reasonably priced hotel. Staff friendly. Very clean rooms, comfortable bed and good size room. Bathroom with bath, toiletries and shower over bath. Selection of teas in room. Bonus of a fridge too. Would stay again as near to main shops and restaurants.

Fairly priced and central hotel. The staff was nice, and the rooms were clean and tidy. Available parking right outside the doorstep (remember to pay the emission zone fee). Walking distance to the train station, main shopping street and the old town

I did not see any balconies in this hotel. It was a nice hotel near the train station and within walking distance of Mier Shopping area, Ruben's House and old town. We had an executive suite which was quite big with 2 TVs, lounge area, large bath and queen bed. Staff were excellent and there is a small bar beside the front desk. I would stay here again.
