We found the Novotel hotel very well situated with St Catherines behind and Grand Place about ten minutes walk away. Very helpful staff and nice and clean. Breakfast very good but not worth 20 euros, it was included on our trip otherwise I would be very dissapointed no fresh eggs or omletes cooked to order which I would have expected...

The Hotel Novotel Brussels Centre Tour Noire is in a great location. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and they spoke English (as well as French & Dutch). The hotel is in great shape - very clean and modern. A large walk-in shower was very nice compared to the cramped showers (or no shower – only a tub) you...

it's clearly evident that this was renovated very recently. Gone the old spartan Novotel colour schemes and decorations. Nice up-to-date bathroom now, with spacious walk in shower, ok toiletries, big bedroom, plenty of space to move about. Common areas very nice and airy. Location fine, a couple minutes walk from De Broukere metro and opposite a very good restaurant (Vismet)....

This hotel was renovated in 2011. The rooms are a nice size and well appointed. Each room has a mini-bar and kettle. We were on the 7th floor and never heard a thing - not another guest, nothing in the hall or outside. The hotel is perfectly located with great restaurants just outside of the door and it's just minutes...

Perfect location, off the beaten tourist track but very much part of the city centre. Many good places to eat nearby, in the lively atmosphere that is in many ways more Brussels than the Grand Place area. Clean, Novotel minimalism. Good room. Recent renovation shows. There were a few negatives when we stayed there. There is a peculiar system with...

We stayed 3 nights in August in this hotel and had a great experience. The hotel was being renovated at the time but it did not cause us any disturbance. The standard room we received was a nice size and was quite comfortable. The windows in our room opened up to a view of an old church. Very nice! It...

A 3 minute stroll from De Broukere metro station and just 8 minutes from Grand' Place yet slightly off the beaten track and quieter for it, the Novotel Brussels is the perfect location to explore the city from. Staff were multilingual and helpful and the room was large, scrupulously clean and with a terrific shower. This is a popular hotel...

We stayed at Novotel In Brussels over the weekend of 1st to 3rd October and i have admit this was a super hotel especially for the price paid. The location was very convenient, just a few minutes walk from town, but this made it nice and quiet. It you wished to travel further a field, the tube station was nearby,...

My alternative for Metropole, a hotel I couldn't stand. Novotel is a modern hotel located directly in between de Brouckere and St. Catherine. It's a good starting point for visiting the historical centre of Brussels. However, I visited the hotel on business and did not get disappointed, what is all too common in Brussels. First of all, the price was...

We stayed here for a 2 night break through Eurostar, which worked out about £120 per person for the three of us. We expected a much more basic place for the price but the hotel was really quite glitzy, with its spacious reception, sweeping stairs, designer lighting and huge windows. The room itself was fairly bland, but well equipped with...
