This hotel is great for the location which is 2 blocks from De Boukere Metro station and a 15 minute walk to/from The Grand Place. Lots of great little family run restaurants near the hotel including a Chinese, Crustacean (seafood) restaurant, a Pizza restaurant, several brasseries and pubs. I liked the free guest internet in the foyer of the hotel...

Stayed at this hotel for the weekend and was presented with a room which had several large stains on the carpet, a double bed and sofa for 2 people who requested a twin room so I slept on a sofa with a sheet and poor quality blanket...just glad it wasnt cold!!!. Tea/coffee mashing facilities advertised which was ok so long...

We travelled to brussels on eurostar the hotel was very comfortable and the hotel staff were very helpful. The staff cleaning the rooms were very nice and polite and efficient.Food in the hotel is expensive and there was six of us, some with teenage eating habits. So it was much easier for us to find other places to eat. Had to...

Located close to a metro station, but still only a short walk from major sites like Grand Place, this hotel was a great place to stay for 3 nights. Despite not being advertised as having a pool, there is a (shallow) pool down in the basement level that would be great for kids, and the spa is equally great for...

This hotel was nice, comfortable and convinient place to stay for us (and other tourists) as it is right in the heart of Brussels. Staff were helpful and could speak good English to give us directions. Its just a short walk to Grand Place and Manneken Pis. We took the train from De Brouckere to Mini Europe, Atomium, St Michael...

We spent a couple of nights at this hotel, without any complaints. It is decent all around -roomy, comfortable, and located only a short walk away from the main square. The staff were helpful, and generally our experience was a very pleasant one. While we can't really identify any particular shortcomings, there also isn't anything that surprised us - and...

We arrived in Brussels late at night by Eurostar. The trip from Midi train station to Novotel Brussels Centre was 10 euros (approximately 12 euros in daytime) and took under 15 minutes. The check in was quick and fuss free. Hotel staff were polite and helpful. Our room was very spacious, bright, well maintained and comfortable. It was surprisingly quiet,...

Stayed in a family room. NIce spacious room. Good beds for the children. Pull out beds, not a sleeping sofa. Good location, about 15 min walk away from trainstation Brussels Central. Close to all the sights. Metro station, Beurs, nearby. Hotel has a small swimmingpool. It is not very deep. You can't actually swim in it but for children it...

I liked this hotel. Just came back yesterday from a couple of nights in the Novotel with my wife and one year old son. We had a relaxing break away, and frankly didn't think about the hotel much, which is a good sign. Big bedroom, on second floor with a nice view to the front overlooking the small square where...
