Excellent location, literally around the corner for the great Xmas Markets, city centre two minutes in the other direction. Rooms and breakfast were very good, over all a good choice for a weekend away.

I liked everything about this hotel, especially in the build-up to Christmas because it's in a great position. It's just off St. Catherine's Square, which at this time of year has a lovely Christmas market, Ferris Wheel and Winter Wonderland attractions, together with a host of interesting restaurants. There are three metro stations within a short walking distance and it...

I traveled with my fiancee during 14 days in Europe, including Paris, Brussels and Amsterdam. We always stayed in Accor hotels. But, unfornately during our stay in Brussels, one of hotel restaurant attendant was very rude with my fiancee and block her passage and also he was unpolite with her. I defended her at the moment and then I reported...

Sunday, 7.30am - no hot water. Elevators packed and slow. Long lines at breakfast and many items not available at breakfast buffet. Not what you expect at a Novotel. Not at this price. That is, hotel is ok, good location, etc.. but things collapse at peak hours, which is clearly a bad calculation. Staff id ok, doesnt help too much....

We stayed here for 3 nights in February. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and in a great location. The rooms had everything you need, tv, alarm clock, safe, small wardrobe with hangers, complementary toiletries and a kettle with tea/coffee etc. It is within 5 minutes of the main attractions in Brussels and all of the main night life...

It's distinctly average. I have to admit it was the medieval tower that made me choose the hotel, though I might have got a better stay at the Radisson for a similar amount of money and a"better" location. firstly the location - right by de Brouckere and Bourse metro stops, backing onto St Catherine's, ten minutes to Grote Markt -...

We stayed three nights at this hotel. The rooms very clean, spacious and with usual extras (incl tea and coffee making facilities). Staff were friendly and the hotel was within easy walking distance of 3 metros, Grand Place and was excellent base for tourists. Free Internet in reception area was a useful addition (especially in finding about locations we had...

I have no idea why this Novotel is currently ranked #22 in Brussels - something which made me consider cancelling my stay in the Radisson last week to come here. It's average. Receptionist was glum, bedroom is the usual purpose-built mix of laminate, cheap carpet and molded white plastic as many Accor hotels do. There's limescale on the shower, the...
