This hotel situated minutes away from the Grand Place & Central Train Station is great value for money. Its close to the tourist attractions as well as being well connected to the business area.. the rooms are spacious and modern. Breakfast was good. I tried some nice authentic Belgian food at their restaurant.

I stayed here last Saturday night as I had a deal with British Airways airmiles for a free flight if I stayed in an airmiles hotel. I had researched the hotels that were available to me before I booked and it seems the best of the lot. I travelled Saturday morning and arrived in Brussels at the hotel by 11.30...

From the moment of arrival the welcome was warm, being a disabled traveller and arriving 5 hours earlier than check in time due to Eurostar arrival times, however was allowed to check in early The suite was extremely large with separate seating area, 2 bathrooms (one with WC only). The beds were extremely comfortable despite having spinal problems, room was...

Arriving around 2pm we figured that our room would be ready but...not. Fortunately we had only travelled from Bruges by train, not from a long international flight, so we were ok about it and went shopping around Brussels (great shopping place, by the way - we found an excellent second hand LP-CD-bookshop in one of the back streets, as well...

We have made several trips to Brussels to enjoy the Christmas markets and also to celebrate our wedding aniversary. When we arrived it was mid morning but that was no problem to the reception staff who just took our cases from us and locked them away until our room was ready which allowed us to enjoy our first sight of...

As everyone else has said the location of this hotel was excellent right on the doorstep of all the Brussels attractions, and as we arrived by Eurostar, we took a train one stop from the main station to the 'Central station' where the hotel was right outside the station in a market square, very pleasant. The receptionist was very nice...

This hotel enjoys an excellent central location, within stone's throw from Grand Place and a range of major attractions, including Royal Palace, the Cathedral and Museum of Fine Arts. The Central train and metro stations, Gare Central, are within 2 minutes walking distance from the hotel. Yet, somehow, the immediate vicinity of the hotel is relaxed and by no means...

It is not always easy to find good hotels in Brussels, but with this one I have a very satisfying experience. When I stayed, I got a good price-service ratio. The room was the best: a "standard" room was very big, clean and comfortable by Brussel's standards. The hotel is located very centrally - great location on the marketplace and...
