This hotel is sold as a 4 star, and I am not sure I would agree with that. That said, I did enjoy my stay here. The room (twin single) was a bit small, but it was cosy. In fact, for a couple, it would be a very nice, romantic room. It was clean, and I loved the bathroom -...

If you're looking for a great hotel right in the middle of the historic centre with charm and ambiance, this might not be the hotel for you. However, if you're looking for a good hotel with great service, nice rooms and good breakfast, try this hotel. The only thing that would make this hotel better would be to pick it...

The hotel is not particularly attractive from the outside and the decor is rather dated. The staff were friendly and happy to be of service. Our room was very small with an ugly view over the back stairwell, but it was clean and comfortable. The wi-fi internet is free which is a big plus, and the staff also supplied us...

The Best Western Royal Centre is a reasonable hotel. It is most certainly not a 4 star hotel in any way though. (Except for their tariffs - it has the most expensive mini bar we have seen for a while) Rather surly staff but polite enough. If you do want breakfast then get down early as they will run out...

I stayed in this hotel in February 2010 for 4 nights. The hotel is in good location, 15 minutes walk from Grand Place, 10 minutes from Gare Centrale (train-station), and about 5 minutes from 2 metro stations- Madou and Botanique. There is a Column of Congress nearby (3 minutes). I came to Brussels for the training of European Commission, and...

The hotel was conveniently placed just 10 minutes walk from the Grand Place and Royal Palace. Main line and Metro stations just a short walk away. The hotel was very clean, staff very helpful and friendly, making our short break very relaxing and enjoyable. The buffet breakfast had a very large selection of hot and cold food and was replenished...

This is a great hotel with all modern amenities. The location, only about 15 minutes walking from the Grande Place and all the action, is in the middle of nothing - no restaurant, no people in the streets - very strange. Just the tomb of the unknown soldier is nearby. You have to pay to use the computer which I...

I stayed here with my boyfriend in October 2008. We really enjoyed our say here, the staff were friendly and extremely helpful, the breakfast was basic but delicious and plentiful and the location was perfect. It was about a five minute walk to the main place in Brussels. I definitely would not say it is a four star hotel, more...

The hotel is not far from a tram stop or the tube network in Brussels. That said, it's not in the beating heart of the city either. Good for a base, but not much else. The photographs provided on the website make it look better than it is. Rooms are generally clean, but small and appointed in a basic fashion....
