Very convenient for EU meetings - quiet and comfortable rooms that have great beds. Avoid the (very good) but expensive breakfasts and go to a local cafe but otherwise great hotel.

The Sofitel was a very pretty, clean hotel in a nice area. The room was immaculate with beautiful, modern bathrooms and extremely comfortable beds. We took the train from Paris and went directly to Bruges for the entire day. After a beautiful day in Bruges we took the train to Brussels to sleep and spent the next day in Brussels....

Stayed here for three nights as part of a package trip to the Belgian Grand Prix. The hotel is modern and the interior decor is good. The twin room we had was spacious and well-equipped. The beds were comfortable and the room was spotless when we returned each night. All of the staff spoke English and were pleasant to deal...

What a lovely place — friendly and helpful staff, beautifully furnished and equipped, lovely walk-in shower, comfy bed, excellent breakfasts, a real find. We were here for the Belgian Formula 1 Grand Prix (a 2hr drive away), taking advantage of cheaper rooms while all the Eurocrats were away! The location is not all that great, about 30min walk from the...

The hotel is a bit far from the center by walk (about 25 minutes walk) but there is a subway station 5 minutes from the hotel. Except this, the location is quite good, especially because it is calm during the night but animated during the day. The room is spacious and design with a very comfortable bed. Classic for that...

A good business hotel with good facilities, a very modern bar. We did not take breakfast there, since we went to our usual Sunday breakfast place (Le Pain Quotidien, Avenue Louise) for old time sake. The hotel is less suited for leisure, since there are no good restaurants/pubs that are open at night or during the weekend within walking distance,...

Stayed 1 night on a business trip. Nice experience - good and modern hotel. Note: next door there is a good selection of what seems to be popular and quite OK eateries. Also beware: during August there are great discounts in all of brussels due to EU-summer holidays.

We took the train from Paris to Brussels, and then the metro. The metro stop (Schumann) is a bit of a walk to the hotel, but we had rolling luggage. The neighborhood is great – next to a park. Also, we got there on a Saturday, and when we woke up Sunday were pleasantly surprised to find a market had...

I was expecting more from the #1 hotel in Brussels. No comments about the room, design, amenities and cleanliness - perfect. However the staff was truly amateur: no one spoke French (I don't care but this is Brussels isn't it). The concierge had no idea of the address I asked for which was a mere block away from the hotel...
