Good hotel close to the Charleroi airport. We are very pleased with the hotel and the services it offers. They provide free shuttle to or from the airport. Clean, bright, spacious and modern rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful. Thanks Jeremy.

At the arrival we called the shuttle, as soon we managed to find it we jumped in and waited to start the drive to the hotel as it was nearly midnight and we were tired also having to get up early. The driver put our lugagge into the van and after that he just started to play around with his phone - after 5 minutes I have asked wether are we waiting to somebody? He replied yes and I asked how much - he said 10minutes. After 10 minutes the driver wanished, some other guest arrived soon asking us if this is their shuttle. We have called the driver on his mobile to ask where the hell is he and what are we still doing at the airport instead of getting sleep in the hotel - he said he will be back soon. After 30 minutes spend in the van waiting, finally drove off to the hotel, the room was nothing to mention about, the tv was having poor recieve nearly unwatchable quality. Breakfast was good enough but the stairs were blocked by the cleaning personnals huge laundry lorries which we had to move if we wanted to pass the stairs - and this has to be done again when moving back to the room.

We were dropped in it from a big height when Ryanair decided to cancel our flight on Tuesday night, it was hurling down with rain and thankfully this hotel was able to house is for the night and even came to pick us up from the airport. The hotel is in a village with very little there and the restaurant down the road was closed but the guy running the hotel pulled out so many stops for us to help us find food and anything else we needed. Being a quiet village it wasn't an ideal place to be stranded but we were grateful to have a comfy bed for the night as others were on the airport floor! Sometimes you may have to wait outside the doors to be let in but that's only because the guy is helping people and fetching people from the airport etc. The continental breakfast was nice enough and gave us some good in our bellies for the long day getting home. Great staff and a perfectly fine hotel for an overnight stay. Thank you again for all the help you gave us :-)

I called the hotel when I arrived at the airport. The pick-up point was exactly where the TEC bus from Charleroi Sud train station dropped me off. The shuttle van arrived promptly. The elevator directed me to my top floor room, right beneath the roof. My double bed turned out to be 2 single beds pushed together. You wouldn't expect to require A/C in Belgium at the end of September, but the room felt like a sauna. There was an A/C unit, which I was unable to switch on, as the remote control was missing. Eventually, I slept naked on top of the covers. The room featured a small fridge, filled with complimentary water. Unfortunately, it wasn't really cold. When I switched the TV on, I didn't have many channels. After performing a channel scan, I had even less channels. No football! The overriding feeling was: close, but no cigar. The free WiFi worked well, though. And the remote controlled blinds completely blocked out the light.
