Great location but a little tired - nice staff. Was here for an expo, short walk to the station, first room very dated, changed immediately and much better, good wifi, did not eat here as breakfast was v expensive. Staff were helpful and engaging. Nice area too.

We stayed a Saturday night with friends. Hotel itself is very functional and in a quiet location. Really what made this place stand out was the exceptional service of the receptionist/concierge Stefaan! He was truly wonderful. Such thoughtful attentiveness is a rarity. He knows every nook and cranny of Ghent and will give great recommendations for bars/ restaurants and everything.

We were very pleased with the hotel and definitely will be back. We loved the possibility of late check out and superb Sunday breakfast! Staff was very friendly and helpful. We were aware of the location for the hotel, so no complains that there is no decent shops or restaurants around.

The hotel is in a good location for access to and from the main rail station and the new part of the city; if you are a tourist, you may prefer to be in the old city. Apart from one decent restaurant very close by, there are not many local amenities. The rooms are spacious and quite well equipped from...

Easy to get into central Gent either by tram or 20-30 mins on foot. Good-sized room with a bath as well as shower. Nice breakfast with a good choice. Friendly and helpful reception. Car park is €9/day extra and not covered or guarded.

Very spacious vivaldi suite with great bed en large bathroom. Cosy lounge and quiet street oriented bedroom. Breakfast was really good with lots of choice. Only the WiFi connection was poor in the bedroom. Staff was friendly and helpfull.

We had a similar experience in NH Bruges. It's a decent hotel, fairly standard if not leaning towards poor. But the service was top top notch! In terms of location it is far from the City Centre but we generally walked along the canal which was beautiful in Autumn. Room was basic but spacious. The mini bar was empty and...

The hotel is situated about a 20 minute walk from the historic centre of Ghent and a 5-10 minute walk from Ghent's railway station. This makes it ideal not just for exploring Ghent but also for day trips to Bruges and Brussels. The checking in process was straightforward and the en-suite room was clean and well furnished. The TV also...
