Good, clean, basic hotel and good value. It's in need of some maintenance in places and whoever chose the dreadful camel colour paint for the bedroom walls and woodwork should be run out of town! Our room had single beds pushed together in a space for a double which meant that there was no room for a bedside table on...

This hotel is a perfect example of using location to somehow get away with offering accommodation that is subpar. The room was gloomy and cold at night and the breakfast was shockingly bad - no hot food left, fruit that had seen much better days and an attitude that suggested it was our fault. Further, the room and corridors are...

The hotel is in an old building so therefore has the usual, but to me pleasant, quirks and character of an older style building such as creaky floor boards and tiny lift. I will start with the positives: Reception and breakfast room staff were a delight. Friendly and helpful Breakfast had more than enough options for a filling breakfast, the...

The hotel is conveniently located near the center of Ghent and right down the street from the church containing the Ghent altarpiece. All the sites are located within walking distance. The hotel staff are very helpful, even allowing me to check in two hours prior to the regular check-in hour. The hotel amenities are fairly basic, which is to be...

This hotel is well located that's for sure. Apart from that the rooms are very old and would need a refresh. We woke up to a lot of bed bugs bites ! We checked the mattress and there was traces of blood and feces from the bugs... After telling that to the reception, they checked and found nothing, hard to...

This is a nice, small, centrally located hotel. With our booking breakfast was included and it was good. One huge drawback of the hotel was the incredibly weak wifi. It was shockingly s---l---o---w, when it worked at all. If wifi is important to you, then this hotel is simply not an option. Another drawback is that we were on the...

Stayed foe two nights on business trip. Location is convenient and staff very helpful but the room had too many problems. Wifi was incredibly slow. Lots of noise from other rooms and outside. The first night was incredibly hot. I stayed with open window that were overlooking on internal courtyard; no real privacy. I wanted to put some water in the...

Stayed here for 3 days in the summer on business, but with my father and young daughter. The room was great - almost too big! Appreciated the bath. The TV channel listing was out of date - struggled to find a child-friendly option. Wi-fi connection didn't work in the hotel room (floor 4), and was weak even on the ground...

I stayed in this hotel for three night whit my parents and sister in a room for four. Sadly I have much more bad thing to say than the opposite: - the lock of the main door never worked; each time we wanted to enter our room we have spent five minutes trying to go in. - the first afternoon...
