It's been a year since we went to Bruges and stayed at Double Doors and we still refer to this hotel so much in conversation and hold it in such high regards I thought it about time I wrote a review. Junko and Pierre run an absolutely fabulous B&B, with the most beautiful, comfortable, welcoming, quirky, interesting design you will...

The Double Door is one of the best B&B's we've ever visited. Pierre and Junko do a great job of making you feel very welcome. Their recommendations were all excellent and tailored to our interests. The breakfast each morning was amazing and huge. The location is perfect. The rooms are comfortable. We'll definitely be back the next time we're in...

We stayed three nights at Double Door between 24th and 27th September. We can only endorse what other travellers have said about the hosts, Junko and Pierre. Thanks to their hospitality, our stay in Bruges was really special through and through. We were impressed by the personal touch throughout our stay: In a B&B establishment, how often do you get...

We stayed at the Double Door for two nights and absolutely loved it: it was like staying with friends. Junko is a warm and welcoming host, and she takes time to give you good information about excellent restaurants off-the-beaten path and walking tours away from the hordes of tourists in the Burg and Markt squares. We had decided on the...

We stayed at Double Door B&B just near the centre of Bruges. It is a handy little location and a cosy place to stay. Our host was Junko, who spent some time with us sharing her recommendations for what to do, how to get around and places to eat. She is a wealth of knowledge and a lovely lady. She...

If you are looking for the perfect location in Bruges, excellent hosts then the B&B Double Door is the place for you. We stayed at the Double Door 3/14/10 thru 3/16/10 and Junko and Pierre were amazing hosts. The welcome, the breakfast, the restaurant/ site suggestions were all homeruns. They are both tour guides of the city which only helps...

We stayed 3 nights in this wonderful establishment. Our Japanese hostess, Junko has elevated B&B to another level. I asked for a thinner duvet and the lighter replacement came with a beautifully folded blanket in case it was too cold during the night. I used 2 pats of butter the 1st morning so there were 2 pats on my plate...

It is impossible to say anything negative about our experience at the Double Door, from our lovely welcome with a Belgian beer, to the beautiful four poster bed and the amazing breakfasts, everything continued to impress.
