Arrived at 10 pm and greeted by Bernard who gave us a quick overview of Bruges including good walks, worthy sights, etc. The extra effort to be hospitable was a really nice touch and sold us immediately. The set up is quite quirky and unique. There is only space for 2 couples who stay above a communal lounge/breakfast area. In...

Our nephew recommended this gem to us and we are so glad that he did! From start to finish we were so pleasantly pleased with every aspect of our stay-greetings, recommendation for great restaurants and places to buy chocolates, sights to see via walking tours AND at the end of the day we relaxed and warmed ourselves by the fire...

Don't book this if you are expecting accommodation like a hotel chain but do if you want to have all of the home comforts as if you are staying with friends. The 2 bedroom self contained building is a 5-10 minute walk into town. The owners are very friendly and off street parking is available. The breakfast is excellent and...

Very basic accomodation , mosquito heaven as its on the back of the park and water , I got bit about 20 times in my room over 2 nights , had to find a doctor . I personally found sharing accomodation quite strange and would have prefered a regular hotel in the end , and could have booked a nice...

We stayed here for 2 nights in October 2015 and were really pleased with the accommodation and service. The buffet breakfast is excellent and the complimentary cityguide was a nice touch. We would recommend this as a place to stay when visiting Bruges.

This was a really nice surprise! Bernard and Barbara were excellent hosts and very informative. The bedroom was small but well equiped, best of all a lovely seating area on ground floor with table and chairs then there is also a great courtyard to sit when the sun comes out! Breakfast was very healthy and plenty of it! The best...

We stayed at B&B Koetshuis for 6 nights in May, 2015. It is a lovely quiet place. The owners made everything for you to feel at home. Coffee, tee, fruits, yogurts, eggs, beer are available at any time. Bernard helped us with every question or request we had. The guest house has only two attic rooms on the second floor....

We had lovely stay - was just what we needed for our short break in this beautiful city. The hosts were extremely welcoming and helpful. Breakfast, the bath and log fire were particular highlights. Hope to come again!

What a great find, this is one of the nicest places we've ever stayed! Excellent location, within easy walking distance of both the train station and the main square. The house is lovely - spacious and comfortable with lots of character. Breakfast was delivered every morning for us to enjoy at our leisure, and the selection of Belgian beers for...

The location is near to train station and center of city, less than 10ms walking. The yard is very lovely, withe the channel accrossed. The host and hostess are very friendly, the breakfast were well prepared, also you can enjoy frying the egges in the morning if you like.

“Only two room hotel, both upstairs w/own bathroom, stark furnishings, got to put everything (suitcase) on floor, a table or cabinet would be very friendly. Our room looked onto the park and creek, very very charming, the other room's view is ok. Stair case can be a challenge. Living room area spacious but is shared with other guests, patio very nice (if no skeeters) and very private access through a back yard locked door. It may be a bit pricey, but all is in Brugges, but I would stay there again. The parking is very convenient, although there is a public parking for 10Euro/nite two blocks away by the novotel and ibis hotels. But this is much more quaint, personal, hospitable, and unique.”
