Lovely hotel with friendly staff. Billy on reception was particularly informative and gave us tips on her favourite, cheaper places to eat. Hotel was very easy to find, right next to the concert hall, bus station and tourist information. Very apologetic that they couldn’t give us a twin bed but the two beds in the room were each larger than...

Hotel was very well located just on the edge of the city centre and close to rail station. Reception staff were friendly and very helpful. A room was made available early which was appreciated as one of our party was ill. Room was comfortable and clean and breakfast was very good.

My wife and I stayed on a room only basis recently for two nights. Travelled in by train, the station is walkable on a fine day, though you may wish to use the cycle path with cases on wheels, rather than the cobbly route. Check in was speedy, our room was on floor 5 near the lifts. Room was great,...

This was my first stay at NH hotel properties and I would stay again. This hotel is super convenient. Our room was nice and quiet since it faced the back of the hotel. This hotel is away from the main center but easy to walk to. Also, an easy walk with luggage to the train station. We did not eat...

Stayed for one night only in room 333, not the best view but lovely and quiet with a huge bed, very comfortable. The shower was not so great and fell out of the cradle on me, but hey ho. The bar is lovely, lots of Belgium beers on offer and great staff. The location is right on T Zand square...

Very pleasant hotel in the lovely city of Bruges. We only stayed one night, but the staff were very helpful and informative about the city/parking etc. The room and bathroom was very nice. Architecture was old style but that added to the cosy and traditional atmosphere and the place was maintained well. Beds were very comfortable and we had a...

We really enjoyed staying here - the hotel is on a very pleasant small square fringed with cafes and bars, and a lovely fountain/statue in the centre. Breakfast in the hotel was around 18euros, so of course we simply wandered out each day and picked a cafe for a coffee and pastry instead. Bruges is delightful, and very easy to...

Good location. The hotel faces Bruges' largest square t'Zand underneath which there is a huge public parking garage. It is very reasonably priced as it sets you back only 9 Euros per full day. Reception staff was courteous, friendly and efficient. We got a 2nd floor room facing the courtyard as requested however, the room was not as quiet as...

Stayed here on a short city break. Reception - Courteous & welcoming. Room - Pre-booked a quiet top floor room, which is what we got - 5th floor overlooking the back, with distant park views (over neighbouring rooftops). The room could have done with a make-over, as it is looking a bit tired, but the in room facilities were good...
