Nice and clean, child friendly, and well located. Hotel parking is expensive, but we expected that. Small outdoor pool is cute with little playground for tiddlers. Breakfast great. We've stayed here twice; staff are very friendly. We often stay at Novotels and they are generally very reliable and family-friendly. Bruges is stunning, just beautiful. This is a great place to...

I came here with my 4 year old son as a short break away before he starts school, and loved this hotel. Boat tours just down the road which my son loved. Hotel pool quite cold, but lovely play area by pool. My son was made to feel very welcome giving him a small toy when we checked in and...

Reasonable and very helpful in directing to sights and suggestions for a little stroll. Staff is professional and friendly. Rooms are good and if you need more towels...just ask... Location is fantastic for those with no sense of direction. Everyone knows where this hotel is...lol

Really good hotel especially if like us you are travelling with Children, very comfortable beds, and good breakfast. The bathroom is probably the one part of the room that could be improved as the shower is a little on the small side, however the toiletries provided were good. The location of this hotel is fantastic and within walking distance of...

Family room which was large double bed and sofa bed for our son. Room was not big, but fit for purpose. Bruges is so beautiful and there is so much to see you don't want to be spending your time in the hotel. The Novotel is central to the city, the reception staff are really friendly and helpful with excellent...

This hotel is within the 'old' part of the town, so very convenient for everything. It has a pool and play area for the children too. Parking is below the hotel but is independent of it. Beds comfortable. Breakfast was not included, and seems expensive t 20euros each- but we found Bruges v v expensive anyway! Cheaper to eat well...

Does what it says on the tin hotel. Really comfortable nights sleep, and although the breakfast is an expensive addition, it will fill you up for the day. Really good location, close to the city centre too.

From the hotel, we were able to walk everywhere during our one night stay in Bruges. While the lobby was nice and modern, our room was seriously dated. The bed was especially uncomfortable and low to the ground (inches off the floor) and the comforter was worn. The breakfast buffet had a variety of options and the "kids buffet" table...
