One of the better hotels we found on our trip. Staff was very friendly and professional. The property is very classy and comfortable and our room was very large and well appointed. We will not look elsewhere when returning to Bruge.

This hotel is perfect if you want to stay right in the middle of Bruges for a reasonable price. Yes, as mentioned by others the rooms are a little dated, but they are very clean and have a homely feel to them. The rooms we stayed in were pretty big (rooms 525 and 526) - sadly I don't have a...

Had a two night stay here in February. The sun shone and brugge was lovely for that. The hotel is ideally situated for all the best bits of historic Brugge and for shopping in the old town. Hotel is modern and comfortable with bits of luxury. Would stay here again. Parking a bit of a pain with road closures however...

Had a three night stay in the Acacia and found the hotel to be the perfect getaway. The staff were great, Coco the Parrot was an interesting little guy and the rooms, although a little dated were lovely, spacious and spotless clean (There was an issue with faulty sound on the TV though). The breakfast buffet was very nice and...

The hotel is lovely and the staff couldn't be more helpful, Sandra who works overnight and minds the bar, is a star and full of useful information on what to do. The hotel was very clean, the room we had was lovely and this hotel has parking - if you are quick. Breakfast has so much choice it sets you...

My husband booked us a weekend trip to Bruges for an after Christmas and New year break, we chose Bruges as we had stayed overnight last September, the last hotel of our Scandinavian/ Europe road trip. The hotel we stayed in then was fully booked, we found Hotel Acacia and we were NOT disappointed. We parked in the brilliant underground...

My husband and I stayed here at the end of November 2016 for 2 night while we visited the city for the Christmas markets. We had a beautiful big room with a lovely comfortable bed, nice and clean with a modern bathroom. The staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. We had breakfast at the hotel but not the...

Great little boutique hotel less that five minutes walk from the Markt square in Bruges. Simple, but good breakfast; nice rooms; good ambiance; great location. A few more people in the bar (there were none!) would've made it a bit more vibrant. No complaints, though. Would stay again if we come back to Bruges.

The hotels location is great as you are very close to the centre, without it being too noisy On arrival, the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We were checked in very quickly. The room faced a quite street and was very spacious. Negatives. The pillows were awful and mattress not much better. The room would benefit from extra...
