Could not find a better location to walk into town- not much street noise either. Had a family room which worked well for our family. Slept four easily and a good size room for all of us. Walked right into town, just steps away to dining and shopping. Very pleasant staff. Even a bird int he lobby that talks. Large,...

I just returned from a European trip where we spent ~24 hours in Bruges. We chose this hotel for its proximity to the main square and a good price. We weren't disappointed - it's very easy to get to the market square from here and really the rest of the Bruges. The room was spacious and well kept (and we...

We drove to Brugge on the recommendation of a friend. We didn't plan on staying but when we pulled into town we fell in love with it. Unfortunately it was a busy weekend and most of the hotels were booked. I called the Acacia hotel and was able to book a room for the night. Virginie was so welcoming and...

Although not easy to find by car, once found parking is secure and the location within easy walking distance to all the museums and tourist attractions. Don't be put off by the hotels unassuming frontage : inside it is quiet, elegant and clean with large rooms. A good unrushed breakfast is provided in either the pleasant breakfast room or tranquil terrace....

We were a family of four children and two adults sharing two rooms next to each other. The staff were very friendly, the atmosphere in the reception was calm and the rooms were clean. In the morning we had a good breakfast at the hotel with a variety (enough) for all of us. Highly recommendable.

Stayed two nights as base to tour the first world war battlefields. Very good location in the center of things but in a quiet side street. The breakfast was fine but I liked the coffee best. Staff excellent and very friendly.

We stayed for 2 nights. A very nice hotel, a pleasant atmosphere, cozy and spacious room (#111), a great location. Don't dare to order the breakfast – a poor one and not worth the value (bring your own kettle and there is a wonderful supermarket less than one minute away).

We stayed here for one night as part of a mini break via ferry from Hull at the end of May. The hotel is very close to The Markt but can be a bit difficult to find initially as it is down a quiet side street. It is therefore nice and quiet at night with no noise problems. Our room...

This modernized hotel offers value, but do not expect the charm of bruges. We chose this hotel based on value, proximity to the square and it did not charge for parking. The room was clean and had all the essentials, but that was it. I had to ask for a tea/coffee maker and extra outlet to charge my electrics. You...
