Everything was OK really. Nice (better than OK) staff - good that they let us keep the car in the car park after check out so that we could wander round before heading home. Also good that they found us a restaurant on a busy night (we knew that the hotel didnt have a restaurant but had rung 10 odd...

Had a great 3 night stay. Couldn't wish for a better location - turn out of the door, 2 mins walk and we were in the square. Nice little bar with a very accommodating bar man. Only gripe....breakfast wasn't included in the price, so we went out for better value, and tea and coffee in the room would have been...

Stayed at Acacia. Comfortable, well-kept rooms. Excellent breakfast and service. Excellent reception. Very good location. No in-house restaurant although there are a few nearby. Reasonably close to the railway station.

We stayed at this hotel, as a short break in Bruges, we had never been before, this was in a fantastic location close to everything, with some things on the doorstep and others a short walk away. The hotel itself is nice, clean friendly staff and a good breakfast to set you up for the day. The bertje beer shop...

But my pet hate...I don't mind paying for parking if the hotel has to use off site facilities. However Hotel Acacia has onsite parking and charges Euro 15 a day for the privilege. Better bet would be city parking before you get to the hotel a short walk and only 8.70 a day. Back to the hotel great location rooms...

Have just spent the weekend at this hotel. The location is perfect, being within walking distance of all the main sights. Although the hotel does not have a restaurant, this is not a problem as there are many places to eat close by. Our room, 001, was spacious as was the bathroom. We arrived by car we were directed to...

I booked this hotel for a long weekend winter break and was expecting a very comfortable stay.Unfortunately the room was freezing on arrival as the heaters in the room were switched off. The breakfast buffet was extremely disappointing for a four star hotel. The egg and bacon was cold. The croissants were soft, the type bought from a packet in...

As everyone must know, Bruges is indeed a very special place. Just when you think you have seem the most beautiful square or canal, you turn the corner and....well, it gets better with every step. Best Western Acacia is a great choice in Bruge - reasonably priced and wonderfully located in the centre of the historic town and they can...

We stayed here just after New Year 2014 and really enjoyed our three nights stay. It is a very comfortable hotel in a superb central location, no need for buses and leave the car at home as everything is within walking distance. The breakfast is excellent with a great choice of cooked and continental food. There's a comfortable lounge and...

We stayed at the Hotel Acacia for five nights at the beginning of December. From the time we entered the hotel until we left we were delighted. We received a warm welcome and were given simple and concise instructions on how to get to the nearest car park, which was under five minutes away. The room was large and spacious....
