The staff at this hotel were so helpful, especially daphne and Werner. As we are just making decisions on the go, we hadn't booked anywhere. I decided we might stay at another crowne plaza. Daphne booked brussels for us. The location at bruges was so central , you walked out the door and you were in the plaza. There was...

I have stayed here more than ten times. That should say enough. It is right in the centre of town and the staff are excellent. Because I like this hotel so much I joined their loyalty scheme ( priority club - but due to change in July to IHG). I get an automatic upgrade and was able to stay in...

Don't get me wrong. This is a nice hotel located right in the middle of Bruges. The rooms are good and up to the normal standard for a Crown Plaza hotel, But really the staff in the "front line" of the service need to understand that it is the customer that pays their wages. I don't expect a red carpet,...

Dear Guest, Thank you very much for your comment. I first want to apologize for the unfriendly service you received in PlazaCafé. It is for me very important that my staff is open, friendly and helpful. In this case this was absolutely not the situation. If I understood well you visit our hotel frequently so I really would like to...

OK, so this is not the most picturesque or romantic hotel but it is well located and quiet. The staff were helpful and welcoming and made our stay enjoyable. The room was large and overlooked the square - the decor is a little tired but I think they are gradually renovating the hotel. For us, and in particular, Mum, the...

The Crowne Plaza hotels in general are all reliably brilliant and the Brugge hotel didn't disappoint. Stayed in a double room for 3 people (two queen size beds!) with loads of floor space. My kid was doing cartwheels in the room! The beds are always guaranteed to give you a great nights sleep. We tried the room service as well,...

We had a room at the front of the hotel which looked out onto the Burg where we could see the Town Hall and the Basilica of the Holy Blood from our window. We ate out in the city a few times but one of the nicest meals we had was actually at the hotel! The staff are lovely in...

Look at the time I'm writing this its past 3am and the basic function of a hotel to provide sleep is failing...noise is coming from a wedding repetitive and banging bass and out of tune drunks both both outside and from an in house kareoke and disco. Thin ceilings mean we can also here the unpleasant sounds of other guests...

Thank you very much for your comment regarding your stay in our hotel. I really want to apologize for the disturbing music you had during your stay. It is our responsibility that the music during parties are brought back to the minimum and the agreed volume levels are respected. The reaction of my staff that the party was booked month...

Although this hotel is clean, warm and in good repair, it lacked that bit extra you generaly get from hotels of this standard. The reason, I think, is because the staff did not give the important good first impression. They didn't seem to be a very happy team but did give us a complimentary upgrade as our friends are platinum...

You can't pick a better location for a hotel in Bruges. The hotel is right near the Market Square (Markt). From the hotel you can see all of Bruges easily by walking or biking. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful. The breakfast was ok but I would highly recommend trying one of the cafe's in town. The rooms were...
