Very pleasant staff, great location, great breakfast, comfortable rooms, and overall an enjoyable stay once again! I do feel that there is potential to make the bar area more enticing to chill out in after a full day out in Brugge.

I have thought long and hard whether to give this hotel an average or very good rating; I have erred on the side of generosity because of the staff and the standard and variety of the breakfast. We arrived on a wet day at lunchtime and parked our car in the secure underground car park. This facility is now charged...

We stayed one night in a cosy double room in April. The hotel is well located, the common areas are quite modern. The reception was really nice and kind, very ready to help. Our room looked old fashioned, small, no chair (the bed was the only place to sit). We heard the ventilation of the buildings nearby going on and...

This hotel was very nice and modern. It was very busy at check in, however we were able to keep our luggage and access it freely in the storage room and digital lockers. The staff were polite and helpful and there were tasty mini Belgium chocolate eggs at reception desk which was a nice gesture. The wifi access was limited...

A great base for exploring Brugge! A huge room, spotlessly clean and they are doing all they can to stay as environmentally a possible. My only gripe would be is that there is no kettle in the room so take a travel one.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, situated behind the Belfry, smack bang in the centre of town. The hotel rooms are adequate for a few nights, but are quite small and lack the basics like nice toiletries and tea making facilities. Breakfast is fine with a mixture of hot and cold items on offer.

What I like is a hotel where you walk out the front door and you are right in the historic centre. You turn to the right, it's beautiful. You turn to the left, it's beautiful. With some of those postcard shots a minute or two away. This is that type of hotel and at a fair price too.

This hotel is a modern building centrally situated just behind the Belfort and Markt Reception staff very pleasant and helpful My room was a medium sized room with adequate space and as situated in the interior of the hotel, well protected from street noise. Bathroom was good but paintwork in room could do with a little refreshment. Spacious breakfast room...
