I stayed with a friend for four nights and the bathroom was very small and very poor quality towels, torn and not very white should not be used. Breakfast was very good but the size of the bathroom with a cracked wash basin along with towels not good.

Very nice location... A bit noisy, but with closed windows it was ok. However, everything was just a little bit sub-par. Clogged drain, bathroom could have used a renewal couple of years ago, etc.

We travelled as a group to this hotel and we were very disappointed with our rooms. The first night the noise was so loud from the bar next door that we didn't sleep at all. In the morning we moved to rooms at the back of the hotel. The view was a bit bleak but at least it was quiet....

After initial difficulties, a way was found to program our room key! We stayed in a major suite, which was pleasant but misused the word 'major' well it was room 101 !). One morning the only housekeeping done appeared to be more towels and roughly straightening the duvets. Both the hotel and brasserie staff were very pleasant and helpful, especially...

We stayed at the Lace Hotel as part of a package with Seafrance. We have stayed in Brugge many times, but never before at the Lace hotel. Although our room was not available when we arrived the reception staff were happy to allow us to leave our bags in the room as it was cleaned. Reception staff were fine although...

When the price was quoted for our stay here I had my reservations, but it was only a few weeks before christmas and it was either this or one of the big 4 or 5* hotels so we went for it. It turns out it was a great value for money hotel offering all you need for a weekend stay...

This is a lovely hotel, clean, contemporary in a perfect location from the railway and the main square. The breakfast was fantastic and the belgian cappuccinos in the Restaurant were out of this world! The only thing at fault is the reception staff - they were just not switched on at all and made several mistakes and were easily confused!...

Great, small boutique hotel. We had a suite on the first floor, great mix of old and new. Room well presented, equipped and very clean. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Great central location, close to the station and all the best tourist sites. Good continental breakfast. Spoil yourself in the Lace restaurant and champagne bar next door, great for a...

This hotel is a perfect 10! Located on 't Zand you are not more than 5 minutes away from all the good stuff in Brugge. We stayed in a suite on the third floor. The room was very good. TV, drawers, good beds, nice bathroom, enough room for 2. The only downside was the airco not working sufficiently. Breakfast is...
