Dueto my disability a planned trip to sunny climes fell thru. How lucky that was in hindsight! Decided on Brugge and used Tripadvisor to find so good hotels..I started looking at the Prinsenhof and emailed them to see what facilities they had for the disabled. I got a very quick response and as a result of their customer centric nature...

We stayed here from 15th-18th December, and our experience could not have been more delightful. The Prinsenhof is very centrally located, but in a tiny side street, which is a real bonus in Bruges, as the ubiquitous cobbles make other streets extremely noisy. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean, with a beautiful large bathroom and little luxuries such as...

Really great location, staff really friendly and good sized room & nice bed. Great hotel bar - lovely for drinks before heading out to the many restaurants in town. I had a great stay & such a beautiful city. Would definitely go back.

We have stayed several times now in this hotel and it has never let us down. It has been refurbished and extended since our last visit and we were keen to see what changes had been made. The new look is modern and contemporary but the hotel has lost none of it's charm and has retained the character which made...

Good old Tripadvisor - gets it right again. What a gem of a hotel, tucked away in quiet side street yet just minutes walk from the square. Warm and friendly reception on arrival with lots of helpful advice and offers of more should we need it. Beautifully appointed bedrooms with everything you need. 10/10 for cleanliness and comfort. Super little...

An excellent small hotel located about 5 mins walk from the centre of Bruges. A good breakfast, comfortable bed and clean accommodation. Ideal for a short break. Staff helpful and friendly. What more do you need.

We spent a wonderful 3 nights at Hotel Prinsenhof and couldn't have been happier with the service we received during our stay. The room was clean, tidy and well appointed with a lovely jacuzzi bath, waterfall shower and his and hers robes. The wifi was helpful to have and the turndown service was a really nice touch. The hotel was...

What a little treasure, we had a short break in Bruges for the Christmas markets for just two nights. Although I was a little disappointed in the markets this hotel more than made up for it. The service was excellent and although there was no tea and coffe making faciliteis in the room it was no trouble to get tea...

Stayed here for 1 night to visit the Christmas markets. Upon arrival check in was quick and painless, the gentleman kindly took care of our car and parked it for us whilst the lady showed us to our room. Our superior room was lovely with high ceilings and very contemporary with an air of tradition, very clean and had everything...
