We stayed here for three nights. Room was very comfortable with good mattress, spacious bathroom. If any negative it is that the room could do with overhead lighting - a bit dark. Breakfast very good with pleasant staff. Very attentive bar staff. We would have liked an English language tv news channel. Unexpectedly we were charged for calls to a...

Second time we have stayed at the Flanders Hotel, we can't recommend it enough, with lovely welcoming staff on reception and throughout the hotel, everyone has a smile for you, they all make you feel special. We don't think there is anything they can't help you with. Rooms are spacious and clean, with BIG comfy beds. Breakfast is a treat...

We spent 3 nights at the Flanders Hotel in Bruges from 27th - 30th Oct '13. Overall we found the hotel great value for money and suited our needs. We travelled to Bruges by car via the Eurotunnel. I doubled up our Tesco Clubcard vouchers for Eurotunnel tickets so the trip by car was a cost effective way to commute...

We have just returned from a very enjoyable two night stay at the Flanders Hotel with our teenage son. Chose this hotel based on the reviews of other people and glad we did. It is in a quiet location but only 5-10 minute walk from the centre. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. There is a good selection of...

We mad a 2 day visit to Bruges with our baby and stayed in Flanders Hotel. First of all, it was more like a three star hotel rather than four. The room was not dirty but it was not clean enough for us and because of humidity or something, there was a smell we noticed when we first entered the...

We would first like to thank the many recent reviewers for their incredibly kind words! Of course we are very sorry to hear that on this occasion, we don't seem to have been able to get it quite right, though we are a little surprised to hear that the bath was found to be "too big". As far as any...

Had a fantastic 4 night break at this hotel in the club room, that was well worth it. There were 2 happy hours every evening with half priced drinks and the breakfasts were buffet but a very good selection. Very good proximity to all the sights in Bruges and lovely staff.

This hotel is well located and just a 10min walk into the main square of Bruge. There is off street parking but remember to it reserve before you arrive. There are a few restaurants nearby and a supermarket across the road to the right. It is nicely decorated and the staff were very helpful, until we had a problem when...

Can't praise this hotel enough, great rooms, fantastic to have parking and really helpful staff. My husband is gluten free, so I mentioned this at the time of booking, for breakfast he had a special basket of gluten free bread, croissant and cereal. The choice at breakfast was lovely, not the whole 'british fry up', but scrambled eggs, bacon, boiled...
