Ten of us ended our cycling holiday with a two night stay in the Jan Brito. Positioned close to the centre it is a lovely hotel with lots of charm and character. The courtyards are quiet and pleasant places to relax in, the rooms charming...More
Stayed here with cycling friends and the staff and hotel were excellent. They accommodated our bicycles and other eccentricities and also made various other arrangements for us which complimented our visit. The breakfast was excellent. The building is very historic and some rooms had wooden...More

If I recall, the train tickets with Belgian Rail had no time of day, the ticket was good for the entire day, so you could book your ticket on line for the day of travel and it should be ok. The website shows specific times but when you purchase the ticket it does not indicate a time. I traveled across Belgium (Brussels to Bruges to Antwerp) and the trains were never packed. I didn't travel from the Brussels airport. Good luck. You will love Hotel Jan Brito and Bruges.
