Nice hotel, good breakfast, good location and had a bonus of its own car park, book early for a slot. We requested a quiet room and got a nice room though adjacent to the lift. Lucky we had ear plugs. Disappointing receptionist when we arrived though BJORN went beyond the call of duty to sort out our issues and made...

The hotel was lovely. Decorated well and clean. Comftable beds and a decent breakfast. The water pressure was non existent, it took 1.5 hours to run a bath! We complained every night but it wasn't fixed. To be fair, it was over the Christmas period so I'm sure it was more difficult to find someone, however, we are paying more...

Excellent hotel in Brugges that exceeded my expectations. Excellent location at the center near the Main Squares and good restaurants around, super friendly staff that did everything they could to make our stay better, facilities with no charge such as umbrellas and computer (that I wasn't expecting but had to use), super comfy and large room, bathroom, shower, and definitely...

We made a return visit to the Oud Huis in late November, to enjoy Bruges German Market. The room, though overlooking the front street was quiet and the buffet breakfast was first class. Unfortunately, a family bereavement forced us to cut short the trip - after less than 24 hours - to fly home and take care of arrangements. The...

Me and my partner drove from the UK to stay for a weekend away for a two nights stay. Firstly location is great, although Bruges is pretty compact so think most sites are walking distance. Unfortunately the hotel couldn't provide parking at last moment (although our fault we had not booked) so if your driving remember this pre visit! Pros-...

This comfortable hotel is close enough to the centre of Brugge for easy access yet quiet. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and (like most people in Brugge) seem to speak many languages and from what I heard to do so very fluently. Parking is a rip-off at €20 per night (pre-booking essential) in a tiny courtyard which has...

This hotel is located just off the main square. It is a grand looking building with a great reception and lounge area. The dining room is very large and clean and the breakfast is amazing. We had room 306 at the top of the hotel and the bathroom was lovely and clean. The staff were extremely friendly and happy to...

Loved this hotel for the beautiful decor and overall coziness. Very comfortable, rooms were clean, tidy and cozy. Breakfast was excellent, much more than you would expect. Spa was a nice treat. The staff were very helpful and always going the extra mile. Would definitely come back to this hotel. Reasonable rates with over-the-top delivery on service and fanciness.

Stayed for 2 nights between Christmas and New Year. Very centrally located and a great base to most of the sights in Bruges. Stayed in a garden room (accessed through the parking area - odd but nice and quiet). Room was well decorated. Bathroom could have done with an upgrade (shower curtain wasn't really 4*). Some English TV channels which...
