Room a bit dated, bed was ok but didn't have the correct size duvet which made it quite uncomfortable. Heating in the bathroom wasn't working and it was freezing in there. Breakfast was correct, not a huge selection (no toaster or anything warm). The breakfast room has lovely views and the location of the hotel itself couldn't be better. With... More

This hotel is charming and of high quality and everything else that other reviews say it is. We stayed for a week during December and were in a canal-level room for the first few days and then in one of the higher rooms (still overlooking the canal) for the last few days. Both rooms were of a large size, warm,... More

I had the absolute pleasure of inflicting "room envy" on my friends. We had three rooms between our group. I got room 302.....WOW!! If you are visiting Bruges I would recommend this Hotel and if you can get this room, it will complete your stay. Many thanks, Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

We enjoyed our stay here - room was warm and comfortable albeit dated, staff were friendly, continental breakfast was OK. Only negative point was the glass door on the bathroom - I do like some privacy when on the loo! We were told this was a budget room, so it was a bit tired, but the TV worked fine, bed... More

BRILLIANT Location in the heart of Bruges. Positives about the hotel: -Just around the corner from The Belfry Tower and a few doors down from the famous 'Beer Wall'. -Good price paid for the stay. -Pleasant and friendly staff. - Free WiFi -Nice and very clean bathroom. only negatives about the hotel: - The breakfast was a continental breakfast, little... I really quite enjoyed my stay at this hotel - fantastic location, reasonable price and polite, helpful and friendly staff. Room was lovely, not huge but very well decorated and with tea/coffee making facilities. I was slightly worried that we would get a lot of noise from reading previous reviews, and with us being right in the centre of town... More

Apparently there are quite a few different kinds of rooms in this hotel - I am reading some of the other reviews and they describe comfortable good sized rooms. Ours was not. It was clean but certainly could use some updating. The check in area also seemed a little dated and the receptionist did not speak English - nor could... More

This was our second visit and it is still a great base to visit the center of Bruges. It is a 3 minute walk to the main square and only five minutes a way from a very good car park ( €8.75 per 24 hours at road called Park). The room (budget) was clean and had all the facilities. The... More

This hotel is perfectly located beside the canal and near the market place making it a good base from which to explore Bruges. The room was a good size and very clean but there was some road noise from the busy street below (although this didn't bother us). Staff were friendly and allowed us to leave our luggage before and... More

We have stayed at this hotel several times before and would certainly return again. It has the perfect location for exploring the city and has the added advantage of lovely views over the canal. Our room on the upper floor was very comfortable with excellent bed, a pretty sitting area and modern well equipped bathroom. Breakfast overlooking the canal was... More
