Lovely and quiet place and peaceful environment. Not too far from the city centre, walking distance. Possibility to make your own breakfast and have it in the room. Katrien is a very friendly multi-lingual host.

I stayed with my boyfriend at Alena for two nights and had a lovely stay. It was very close to the city centre (although away from all of the tourists), especially as we rode the bikes there every day, and a great price as everything was included. Rooms were fairly spacious and clean with a basic breakfast - no complaints...

I have stayed in Alena Villa for one night. The location is good, it takes round 5 minutes to the city center to Bruges by car. There is a train station close to the Villa, just 5 minutes walk. The hostess is very friendly, she prepared home-made cakes for me when I back from dinner. The breakfast is simply but...

The place is in a good location (10min walk to the beautiful city center). The hostess showed us some places to go and she also had some interesting touring-books in different languages. In general it is good but it could be better, the room didn't seem so clean. Also the next door people were a bit noisy. But as an...

On the outskirts of Bruges (10 minutes walk to the centre of the city), this bed and breakfast is a heaven of quietness. Very good breakfast with home-baked bread. The lady of the house is an exellent host. Enough explanation about Bruges and its environment. We were well-taken care of. Very good price / quality.

Comfortable quiet room we slept really well, which made a change from the normal tourist areas. Breakfast was fantastic especially the home baked bread. Katrien is friendly and helpful and gave good information on places to visit and places to eat, We had a great time here and would definitely book again next time we are in Bruges

Katrien is an obliging host, offering quiet and authentic rooms, away from the tourist area. A short walk from the train station and the city center. You wake up and are served freshly baked bread in the room. The bike I used was included. Have to come back!
