We stayed hear for 4 nights with a coach party. Only a few minutes walk from the heart of Bruges and its popular atractions. The room was well appointed, using dark coloured wood for the furniture, which gave it a rather ''classy'' look. Most staff had a good knowledge of the English language, which obviously helps if you can't speak...

We stayed overnight in this hotel which was ideal - we had a family room which was surprisingly spacious. It was clean, had a view to the city and had interesting art on the walls. Breakfast was a good selection and reasonably priced - we didn't sample any other food at the hotel. Reception were helpful with a map of...

We arrived around 10 PM, and the location was worse than we expected; it was hard to find, as it is in the middle of a poorly lit industrial area. Bookings.com says free parking and free in-room wifi. The parking was 9 euro/ night. The front desk assured us the wifi should have worked in our room. I assured them...

The hotel is a functional, business type hotel. Nothing wrong with it except the location being too far from the centre. The price was reasonable, but most things are additional charge e.g. car parking, taxt to the centre ( 10 euros each way ). If you do use the taxi, then accept the hotel rate. it is a lower price...

We stayed here to explore Bruges. And we loved it, a nice new hotel with a fantastic staff. So nice to have a last drink before going to bed besides the fireplace in the bar! The food was great. it was perfect to let my girlfriend know what Belgian cuisine is like!

A great tip that we were given, was to drive towards city centre and park in the 24hr supermarket and then just a short walk into the city easy!! Good links onto ring road and do visit Ghent very easy drive ,head for St Micheals car park which is in the very heart of Ghent.Staying again this year. MM

This is a very nice hotel, the room quality is outstanding value for money. There are a few downfalls though. The hotel is a long way from the city centre, although buses do run regularly from nearby. I didn't have a car but I remember parking seemed expensive considering the location. The service was very good, but the food was...

We visited this hotel on a coaching holiday, the hotel was a nice hotel but the standard of the resturant let it down. I don't think they can cope with big party bookings. The food was ok but wasn't hot enough, very slow in replenishing dishes. Breakfast was virtually nothing, although fruit juice and coffee were fine. They were very...

Rooms very basic. hotel appeared to be in part of an industrial estate. Too far out of Bruges itself. No evening entertainment available. Went on an organised coach trip with a good reputation but this was definiteley not up to their usual standard. Good choice of foods available if you got to the restaurant at the right time, but as...

Also, check your room includes breakfast; they failed to mention to me any of the 3 days that it was not included in the room, then stung me with an bill for very overpriced breakfast. Taxi's are generally hassle, so prefer to walk, but this hotel is too far out for that, especially if you're by yourself and it's late....
