We stayed 2 nights. Close to centre of Bruges but in a quiet street. Amazing breakfast including bacon and eggs. WiFi always worked. The family who runs the hotel are very nice and did everything to make our stay wonderful. If you are on upper floors beware of steep steps and no elevator.

Stayed here for a week recently with our dog. Was firstly shown a room up some steep steps which neither us or the dog could manage, so was shown room 100, which is on the ground floor with doors to the outside garden area which had tables and chairs and plastic grass, so didn't allow the dog out there but...

This hotel, situated in the center of Bruges has an amazing service, staff is very nice and available to adress questions of guests. The breakfast is offered in a cozy room in a very familiar environment. Highly recommended if you want to have a nice experience in the city in a very typical hotel.

Simple hotel - not very big or modern - but well located, cozy, clean, room with a comfortable bed, very friendly and helpful hosts plus great breakfast! Bus stop at a walking distance. Internet service although provided did not work properly.

What a nice surprise everything as advertised and then some.. We found it so nice we decided to stay another day!! Originally we booked the super deluxe room ie 104 ... What a nice room. As we added another night last minute we had to move rooms, so got a standard room which was much smaller, bit cheaper, but still...

We stayed at the hotel during the summer time and we had booked a small double, and the stay was perfect. The hotel is very easy to find, behind the st. Salvador cathedral, all we did to find the hotel was look for the land mark in the skyline and head in that direction. The location is brilliant, 5min walk...

This hotel is in a great location. Yes you have to call across the street to check in and no one sits at the front desk, but this is not really an issue. My room was small but clean. I was on the first floor and my room opened to the small courtyard where it was nice to sit and...

Having Stayed at the sister hotel we booked this with a little apprehension but was presently surprised. Clean room and functional but what stood out was the amazingly friendly and helpfully staff such a contrast to the hotel de castillion. A friendly smile and hello says a lot. Would definitely book this hotel again very reasonable and excellent location
