We stayed at the Park Hotel last week 20 th august and unbelievably there were bugs in the bed. The hotel offered us another room but decided to move to another hotel. They changed the bed whilst I was having breakfast so despite knowing there is a problem they probably were prepared to offer the room to another unsuspecting visitor....

Bruges is a wonderful place, and the location of the hotel is perfect. We stayed for two nights, with two children, I must say the breakfast was very good, that really is about all I can say that was good about the place. The 15 euro's a night parking was a little high and they had more cars parked than...

Checked into this hotel for five nights. Every night I had been very itchy like something is biting me. I assumed it was my allergies or that fact that the bed had feather blankets. Last night I woke up to the irritations of itchiness and a sensation to bites. I looked around and didn't see anything but at one point...

Stayed at this hotel when we went on 5 day trip to Bruges with Shearings holidays. Bit dated hotel but found it ok and close to walk into centre of Bruges . First night could not get any sleep because of a bar across the road playing loud music till 12:45 at night but the rest of the week was...

After an eight hour drive from Nuremburg we arrived at the hotel very much looking forward to a relaxing 1 nights rest before our next onward journey back to the UK, how wrong could I have been? We were greeted by a very unpleasant member of staff, I couldn’t call him a receptionist due to the nature of his appalling...

Due to an unfortunate overbooking at another 4-star hotel in town, we were forced to find alternate accomodations and were re-located (not by our choice) to the Park Hotel. At a first glance this building is outdated, hallways and rooms smelled stuffy, smokey and old. This would not have been a hotel we would have chosen to stay in. But...

We stayed at this hotel at the end of June 2014. Around midnight on our first night we became aware of little creatures advancing towards us on all sides as we lay on top of the white duvets, these were Bedbugs! If we had simply gone to bed and turned off the lights we would not have know about the...

Lovely and clean hotel in a really great location on the Zand Square. One minute walk from the bus station (across the road). Can be a bit noisy at night with the local bars, but wasn't a problem for us as we closed the windows. If it would be then there are rooms at the rear overlooking gardens. Rooms a...

Lovely hotel in a very convenient location for touring and restaurants in a beautiful town. It was our second visit to Brugge and made better by the location. The hotel exudes quality with the fit out. It's old word appearance and high quality fit out is well done. The room was big and all facilities were good quality and all...
