We stayed 2 nights with another couple. The location is peaceful but in easy reach of the centre of Bruges. Caroline was extremely welcoming, friendly and went out of her way to advise us with sightseeing, parking and eating out. The house and garden are absolutely charming and we were able to use the living area to make tea/coffee and...

This is the most beautiful place to stay. Carolyn gives the warmest welcome and most informative! The house has a very grand feel about it without being pretentious. The owners are so passionate about their guests having an excellent experience, a quality that is often not seen in many places any more. It is in the slightly higher price bracket...

I would not think of staying anywhere else in Bruges but at Caroline's Cote Canal. Our room? Luxurious. Privacy? Ultra quiet. Location? Perfect. Breakfast selections? Outstanding. Caroline's recommendations for walking tours and restaurants? Spot on.

Title says it all. Can't be better, simple as that. Fantastic location, beautiful interior design, warm service from the hostress, clean and neat rooms, nice garage for people driving, and very reasonable price. The rooms are huge! Perfect for date/small family/couples from 18 to 80. Staying here should be included as part of the must-do things in a trip to...

This really must be one of the best B&Bs in the world. The location is excellent - close to the heart of the medievil town but just set back from any noise or tourists on a quiet street. The beds are comfortable, there is a real sense of luxury, even in the attic room in which we stayed. The service...

We were in Bruges for our 50th anniversary and we're traveling with my husband's sister and her husband. Cote Canal was a surprise to me and what a surprise it was! Caroline made us feel like royalty and the house was exquisite. Our room was 'top of the line' and we would stay there again without any hesitation. The garden...

When you stay at Cote Canal you have an amazing experience. It is a beautiful house situated on a canal in the wonderful city of Brugge. Our room was huge, more like a suite, and it was charmingly decorated. Caroline is very kind and very helpful. She has the most fantastic breakfasts in the dining room where you have a...

Charming bed and breakfast, with superb hostess Caroline - who was welcoming, helpful and delightful, our room was huge , old world and gorgeous with views of the guesthouse garden & canal. Breakfasts were delicious and filling and everything spotlessly clean. Fidel the labrador is a tourist attraction as he sits in the window of Caroline's home most of the...

My husband and I stayed here last year during our Belgium trip for his 40th birthday. I had emailed Caroline ahead of time with some questions and mentioned the reason for our trip just as an aside. When we arrived in our room, she had so very thoughtfully provided some of his favorite Belgium things as a "rememberance" of his...
