After staying at this hotel by booking.com I wrote a reasonable, but not particularity positive review of this hotel anonymous. After that I got a rather unpleasant e-mail of the hotel owner. What I said in the review was that the parking possibility is not suited for a big car - unless you want it scratched by the port you... More

Have just returned from a three night break celebrating our wedding anniversary. The hotel was in a very good location within easy walking distance of everthing. Situated in a very quiet street next to a church. The hotel has its own off street parking located close by, reassuring if like me you don't like leaving your car on the street.... More

Both my wife and I thought that this hotel and the owners could not do enough to make our stay memorable. Rooms and breakfast were first class as was the hospitality. Close to all amenities . Would certainly think about returning next year

Positives Nice, clean room (single) with good view over rooftops of Bruges Central location-Only 10 minutes (max) walk to Markt Substantial breakfast Only 1 minute walk to canal and bus stop (buses 4 & 14 run very frequently to/from railway station)... Like a previous reviewer I was asked to fill in a review. Having given a low mark for service I was sent an e-mail almost demanding to know why. I explained that no tea, coffee or even shampoo were replenished and that when I requested a tea bag I was rudely told to go away as they don't do that.... More

We stayed at Hotel Asiris during the last weekend in August for 2 nights. We booked the small double room for 60 Euros and were pleasantly surprised with the room (#10). It was clean and comfortable. I did not like that our room only came with a bathtub and no shower, but that's just personal preference. Also there was no... More

The main gripe I have with the hotel is that after I had stayed there I completed a questionnaire form on the website where I had booked the hotel and when the management read it I got a nasty email from them demanding to know why I had only given them 5/10. I had arranged a late arrival with them... More

We stayed at Hotel Asiris in late June 2007. Overall, I would give this hotel a 3/5. It was not the best hotel I have ever stayed in Europe, but it certainly was not the worst. Positives of the hotel included: - it was only a few minutes walk from the main square. - the staff was friendly and helpful.... More

+ The hotel is in a quiet place and at a reasonable distance from the main square. + Great breakfast + Price OK - 200 € dissapeared from our room when we were having breakfast. We went down to have breakfast (which was noticed by the cleaning lady). I know you don't leave anything valuable in the room, but we... More

We stayed at Hotel Asiris in January 2007 on a trip through Europe. We stayed for 3 nights during our stay in Bruges. The hotel is charming and cozy. It's within the old city and within walking distance to just about every major site in Bruges. Katie, the host, was very friendly and helpful. The included European breakfast was very... More
