Very welcoming reception, we arrived at 10:00 and were checked in, our rooms were not ready but we could leave our luggage. Rooms are basic but clean ,our toilet was separate from the bathroom and that was useful. Lovely breakfast very fresh bread and rolls.

We stayed overnight whilst travelling through Europe to Tuscany.

The staff were very helpful and the room we had was very spacious and comfortable with a lovely view over the square.

The hotel is a little dated but everything was clean. Breakfast was okay.

Is there still construction in front of the main square? I am booked aug this year. Would it be finished by then?
What time is restaurant open for breakfast at weekends?
We are coming on the ferry are you far from the drop off point ..Think its the traion station ?/
Brugge Central Train station is a 15 minutes walk away from Hotel 'T Zand. Taxi or bus is an option but it is better to ask about that at the Train station's information desk. When I visited Brugge I came by car. Have a nice visit in Brugge.

Are there bedrooms where smoking is allowed ? Do you have a car park
As per earlier responses - there is no smoking in the hotel, but many outdoor areas, bars/ cafés where outdoor smoking permitted. Car parking is also widely available in surrounding streets as hotel sits outside of the centre where parking at a premium
