The pictures were real. It felt like a mini castle but it does not feel like. Sorry for those who want an authentic castle stay, cause within is a real modern five star like setting which borders on the contemporary. Service was professional and helpful throughout our stay. We rented bikes and there was a parking area for them in...

Although this place was the heart of the political center in the late medieval centuries, it is now the most finest place to find a heaven of peace. With a view on the garden, you can have a drink in a lovely lounge. The only thing I did not like were the statues of a big ugly red dog in...

Plenty of good reviews on here about rooms, breakfast, etc so I'll try and give some other insight/tips. US: Couple travelling for 3 nights over new year and celebrating wifes 40th. Left two kids at home for first time while abroad. Loved the hotel, lots of research before we went as this was wifes 40th treat, searched loads of reviews...

We stayed in one of the deluxe junior suites and it certainly lived up to its name. The hotel itself and grounds are truly beautiful. The staff are amazing, very helpful with a surprise proposal from my now fiancé! Thank you for an amazing Christmas!

This hotel is sumptuous! We booked last minute for an overnight stay on our way back to Germany from Wales. We got a really good deal and were not disappointed. We were in the castle part of the hotel which was beautiful. The room had everything you could want and the beds are the most comfortable beds ever! The staff...

Well presented hotel in a central but quiet location, very professional staff. Wonderfully quiet bedrooms and a good bistro which is unusual as few restaurants in Bruges serve any food beyond breakfast. They serve cava at breakfast which is very civilised! It's important to book the bistro for dinner as it can get busy. It has a lovely garden for...

The hotel is beautiful; the public areas are warm and inviting and comfortable like a really good country house hotel. Fantastic breakfast buffet (or off the menu if you prefer); great bar/restaurant with an excellent menu and atmosphere. My room was a "typical" 2-queen bed arrangement, with good closet space, plenty of wooden hangers, in room safe, fridge with stocked...

We spent 5 nights at this hotel from 28th Dec to 2nd Jan it is a stunning building neatly tucked away near the centre of Brugge. The hotel is a little tricky to find if following satnav in the maze of streets, some streets are closed at this time of year as well which doesn't help. We parked easily in...

Overall our stay was OK, we had almost what we came for. If you seek for details : expensive parking/breakfast, good rooms / space / storage, new/clean and tidy bathroom, although showing trace of moistures in the shower, difficult access to parking (no lifts), limited spa (no pool or jacuzzi, just sauna/hammam), breakfast not worth it, bed pillows too firm....
