We stayed for a night in this hotel. It sure needs a renovation. Still, the location is very good, 1 min to the beach and bars etc.! Can hardly be better (except ocean view... ;) ) The furniture is quite old and the walls have holes - it was okay for 2 days. If you are very picky you should...

This hotel was horrible, the staff were rude! The rooms smelt quite strongly of damp and the mattress were very uncomfortable as springs could be felt when lying down. The beds were broken and as a friend was sleeping one bed broke under her! The taps didn't work in the showers and stuck a lot and wouldn't turn off and...

Overall I'm generally satisfied but would I recommend it for everyone - no. The room we had was definitely in need of some renovation. In the bathroom the wallpaper was cracking quite badly, and the plastic sliding door between the bathroom and bedroom wouldn't close fully, despite our best efforts. The bedroom furniture was cheap chipboard, and the matress was...

Stayed at this centrally located hotel for 3 nights. We were first given a different room from the one we reserved, but no additional charges so ok. Stayed in two of their suites which actually are small to fairly sized 2-star rooms. Saw one of their ordinary rooms too, which looked more than a really basic one star room. Furniture...

Booked this hotel, last minute on line. This is a charming olde fashioned independent hotel behind the Albert Promenade. 5 Mins walk to casino, town squares etc.. Close to everything but far enough away not to be disturbed by the nightlife (ideal if you have young children. The hotel facilities are basic and in some places a litle tatty, but...
