The B&B is on a bus route direct into Ieper, last bus back is around 20:15 (ish), one evening we walked - 30 minutes, next evening we got a taxi....

We had a great stay here for 2 nights - the facilities were extremely clean and comfortable and the room was beautifully decorated. There was a beautiful garden and lounge area for guests to use, free bikes to use, and a great bar area where we could just help ourselves and write down what we'd taken on a little pad...

Had the pleasure of staying here for the night. From the second you arrive you're treated as part of a family. Shown to our room, we where asked what time we would like breakfast and left to enjoy the atmosphere. The room was massive. I wanted to take the bed home it was so comfy! Everything was clean and pleasant....

The greeting by the landlady, Christa, was warm and welcoming and helpful with local advice. Rooms are well equipped, comfortable and clean. Views of gardens from the rooms including the dining room / lounge. Breakfast was freshly cooked if you chose the eggs with an option to have bacon. On our last day Christa brought us an "eggy bread" pancake...

The B&B is on a quiet street about a mile from Iepers city centre. Parking at the B&B is not a problem nor is parking in the City. The landlady is extremely helpful with any information or tourist advice. Her breakfasts are amazing. Beware of the Belgian beer in the fridge, it is great but 9.5 percent!!

Clean & comfortable room. Downstairs was a pleasant "honour bar" (with soothing music) where you could serve yourself drinks or get tea/coffee. Breakfast was really tasty and plentiful. Plenty of parking available.. Its a long walk to the centre of Ypres which could put some people off (mind you there are bikes available ). The owners are helpful. Ypres is...
