My wife and I and a good friend stayed here in April this year and were totally impressed. The welcome, rooms, service and breakfast were exemplary. We loved it! Lovely people and lovely experience. We would definitely recommend this B & B to others.

This is a beautiful place-five minutes from the hustle and bustle of the main square and yet so peaceful and calm Two huge doors open from the street into a delightful large entrance hall with a lovely tiled floor Our charming host Steven welcomed us and was polite enough not to raise an eyebrow at the state of us after...

We stayed here for two nights but would have been delighted to stay longer. Car parking was on the street outside overnight and fairly close by during the day. It is walking distance into Ypres where we experienced the Menin Gate ceremony, restaurants, the ramparts and took a battlefield tour. Our hosts were just lovely people - so friendly and...

Gorgeous B&B in a great location. Loved everything about this stunning house, extremely clean, comfortable in a quiet street but just a 5 min walk from the central square. The hosts were so welcoming and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. One of the best B&B's we have ever stayed in.

A beautiful house with stylish rooms and a extremely warm welcome. The bedrooms are large, elegantly decorated and full of luxury touches. The location is excellent - very close to the centre of the town yet quiet and easy to drive to with free parking right outside. The breakfast was outstanding. A lovely place to stay.

This B&B is brilliant, its in a perfect spot, just 5 minutes walk to the centre on a very quiet road. The accommodation is LOVELY, the most comfortable bed, massive room and en-suite (nearly as big as the bedroom!) and beautifully decorated and spotless. The breakfast was delicious and nothing is too much trouble for Katrina and Steven both of...

Our hosts, Katrien & Stephen, made us feel most welcome and provided us with lots of useful local information. Excellent breakfast and comfortable accommodation just a short walk from the main square. Highly recommended.

This was our second stay with Katrien & Stephen. We were with four of our friends and had the best time. Accommodation is beautiful. Hosts made us all feel like Family. Breakfast was amazing. Katrien and Stephen also introduced us to the local "drapple". We had great fun climbing the stairs that night. We really cannot wait to be able...

We only stayed one night in this B&B in order to visit the Menin Gate and most of the war cemeteries around Ypres. Steven and Katrien are generous and helpful hosts. The room was huge but as others have commented the stairs are narrow and rather steep. Parking outside was not a problem and there are several good restaurants within...

This is the most beautiful family run bed and breakfast in Ypres - I would describe it more like a boutique hotel - the couple who run the place are so friendly and have lots of interesting history to share with you. The location is perfect right in the centre of Ypres - the rooms are absolute luxury and the...
